  • No one showed up. I waited all day. I called the company twice. Each time I was told I was on the schedule and that a technician would be coming. I was told they would have the "technician" call me. I verified that they had my correct phone number. I received no calls until 3 days later when a gentleman called me to say that he was off on the scheduled day due to a family issue. He could not explain why he could not call me. I can only assume that this company uses sub-contractors that they do not closely supervise.

  • This company is wonderful, I cannot recommend them highly enough. We have been struggling with pool leaks over the past couple of years and this is the third company I've worked with. I called them because of a leak. They came out and found one associated with the skimmer. The water level was stable for a couple of weeks, then started to drop again. They told me that if there was a problem within 30 days of the first repair, they would not charge for a repeat leak test. They came out and found a leak that had been sloppily fixed by a prior company I had hired a month prior (they told me it looked like a home job!). We then drained the pool, at which point they found more extensive cracks. At all points, there was excellent communication, I was kept informed of what was found, what we needed to do, how much it would cost, and when the work would be repaired, as well as updates while the work was being performed. The work is also warrantied for the next six months. I will definitely call them again the next time I have a leak!

  • The work went well. They had the best bid on the job and they finished on time.
    However, in the past few months we have has several issues with the work, We have a new crack,  several cracked tiles, an area where the plaster is coming off and several places where the flagstone coping has loose cement. I have called the company twice, send two emails and I have had no response to my request for someone to come and take a look at the problems.  They gave me a two year warranty on the work, but have been totally unresponsive on the follow up. My next step is to send a certified letter and go through the legal channels, but all I really want is for Provider name locked. to come look at his work and honor the warranty.
