    Dr. Taub, Jason S.
I cannot say enough about Dr Taub, he is awesome! Back in November Dr Taub placed rods and screws from T2 to my pelvis for spinal fusion due to scoliosis. I have been to numerous surgeons in the DFW area and none can hold a candle to Dr Taub. I knew from my first visit with him that he was my surgeon for life. He and his staff (Thomas, Colleen, and others) have been very attentive to me and always seem to care. Wait times in the office are not lengthy, my calls are always return timely (most of the time by Dr Taub or Thomas themselves). At each and every appointment I am not rushed, and Dr Taub makes sure to answer each and every question that my husband and I have. He makes me feel like I am the only patient he has, even though that is not true. Even his stitch work is excellent. I rate my incision a 10 (10 being the best). Just weeks after surgery and you almost cannot even see it. I will have another surgery with Dr Taub in 1 wk for cervical fusion, I know I am in good hands.

    Sleep Cycle Center
I was having trouble snoring and I took their online sleep screener. Turned out I had a lot of the warning signs, so they sent me an at home sleep test in the mail. Took it, confirmed I had sleep apnea. I met with Dr. Denman and he recommended a mouthpiece that would help. I've been using it and it's fantastic! So happy to have finally gotten the treatment I needed.

    Fort Worth Animal Emergency Hospital
Was a great experience. The Doctor took their time and made me feel that my cat was important not just a dollar sign. I hope I don’t need them again, but it is nice to know they are there if I do.

The initial appointment was normal except for the doctor himself. Dr. Iqbal had a terrible bedside manner. He was professional, but unfriendly and very impersonal. He gave me the impression he had much better things to do than talk to me, and he was obviously in a hurry to get in and out. The office seemed quite disorganized as well, but the other personnel I interacted with were at least friendly. That being said, the reason I am writing this review has little to do with the doctor’s bedside manner or the office organization. I am writing this due to the following experience, which I consider to be unprofessional and inexcusable. I scheduled a follow up appointment while at my first appointment, and a little more than a week later, I received a text message saying an earlier appointment was available (no mention of the date or time) and to call their phone number if I wanted it. I called and went through the long, automated system and sat on hold for a long time only to get a message that no one could answer and to leave a message. I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called two more times over the next two business days only to have the same result. I left messages for those calls as well and have not received a call back to this day. Doctors are not the only people for which time is valuable. I wasted much time calling to get the earlier appointment as instructed. Why would they send me a text to call a number no one will ever answer, especially for time sensitive situation like obtaining a new appointment time? I know this is an automated system, and the problem is probably related to the pandemic. However, their IT provider should make accommodations for this and not allow such a failure of communication to occur. The pandemic has been going on how long now? I ended up having to log on to their portal to communicate with their office. That is a pain for me as I must connect to my work network via VPN, and I cannot get to their site when I am connected to that VPN. I was so frustrated that I ended up canceling my follow up appointment all together and made an appointment with another doctor at another office even though they had taken x-rays and blood work for me. I was never able to reach a human to discuss anything. I understand the pandemic has caused communication issues, but I have successfully dealt with three other physicians' offices as well as other corporate offices and services during this time, and not once have I experienced anything like this. They lost a patient simply because they did not care enough to return my call. I will be informing my referring physician's office of this as well.

    Eminent Home health care LLC
Worst agency I have ever encountered. I am so glad we are no longer dealing with the rude staff and horrible care. The worst place to use if you love your family. They do not care about the patient only the money. They are very rude and never take accountability for the bad or no care they provide. everyday is a gamble if they will show up and when they do if they will do what the patient needs. All government agencies have been notified of the lack of service provided and t… See more

    Urology Clinics of North Texas
Please keep in mind that this review is not for Dr. Stringer but for his office/billing department. The doctor was always curteous His office staff however was very rude and unprofessional in several interactions we had with them. I believe the people I interacted with was Kay and Vicky or Sue(or both) . Another person talked to me on the phone and refused to give me her name. Even though we spend a lot of time and money starting the cancer treatment process with them, we chose to use other doctor just so we never had to deal with this office again. After performing a biopsy with the doctor we started receiving several bills from his office and from the labs. Since the procedures listed on both had same names, but 2 different lab names ( The charges we received in our insurance was for a Poplar laboratory and the bills on the mail for Bostwick laboratories, and we had same procedure being charged by the office themselves ) we called the office to get clarification before paying to make sure we were not being overcharged. They were very condescending and rude and refused to give any explanation saying we would not understand anyway, and told us to call the lab or our insurance if we had any questions about their billing. They also sent me several times the same bill I had already paid even though I had a receipt from them and a credit card statement showing the exact same amount and date paid on the office in the same day. I called several times to offer to show them the receipt I had and they kept asking me to leave voicemails explaining. My calls never got returned, then they would also send same bill again a few weeks later. We finally paid just to never have to deal with them again, even when my husband went to their office to pay , they still could not explain their charges, and kept complaining about their own billing software ( what is really not the patient problem., Also, we gave them paperwork for the Cancer insurance to fill and after 5 weeks found out that they had never sent it. They finally sent it when we went there to the office to get the papers back (with the incorrect patietn name, delaying the process even more) , but never even apologized. Because of Covid concerns most interactions were by phone, I would have gone there and talked to the doctor personally in other times, but at this point, I will just find another way to contact the doctor to give this feedback. I don't recommend this office to anybody, people go to the doctor before they are sick and need help, not to be humiliated and mistreated.

    Farah, Dr. Nabeel
Find another doctor! The office manager, Evon, is inept and incredibly rude - daring me to write a review.   I have great insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield HMO that I get from my employer State Farm - Dr. Farah is in network. I have a really great family doctor who wrote the referral that Dr. Farah and his office requested at the outset. My doctor's office sent them the referral and they took over a month to call me and schedule an appointment. They said the referral and my insurance looked good and scheduled the appointment with me. I again waited another two months for the appointment and on the day of the appointment (today), Dr. Farah cancelled it - siting problems with the referral. Again this is the referral that they received and reached out to me months ago to schedule the appointment - saying that the insurance and referral were great. Now, I have a life-threatening condition that I have been waiting for months to see a doctor about and have to now start over with another doctor.

    Weinstein, Dr. Jonathan R.
Dr Weinstein’s office is amazing! From the front staff to the nurses to the doctors. We had nothing but great experiences every time we had an appointment. Dr Ortiz delivered our daughter April 26th and did so with such professionalism and care. We saw each Dr throughout my pregnancy and would recommend any of them! Dr Jarnigan was my gynecologist before i became pregnant and she is so knowledgeable as well as caring. Once i became pregnant, she continued to see me and was always so kind, even accommodated my mother and mother in law when they wanted to come to one of my appointments. Dr Weinstein is great! He is so knowledgeable and personable. He has a great sense of humor and makes you feel at ease as soon as he walks in the door. He never rushes you and has all the answers. Dr Ortiz was the first Dr we saw when i first became pregnant. He was very patient with us and sat and answered all our questions about our first pregnancy and what to expect. He was very personable as well as professional. I would recommend Frisco Women’s Health to anyone. The whole practice cares deeply about their patients.

Shana is a complete @$$... Been going her for years, has a 10:00 am appt. 8/10/2020. Arrived on time, followed New procedures for Covid 19. However, there was one person/car/dog there. Obviously there must have been an emergency because that service required ALL three employees, I saw there, to take care of the one little dog that was being attended. I was the second car to drive up, I waited 30/min with no acknowledgement or explanation for the delay before a third car drive up... waiting before I decided to leave after waiting 30/min before leaving. Call to day 8/11/2020 and got ole Shana... my first question was; I wanted to know if Bohanan was still there/associated with the office/company. When Shana responses yes. I proceeded to tell her I had been coming there for years and explained what had transpired the day before. Shana blatantly responded “ yea, a tech came out and you were gone, so we kept it moving” PLEASE Bellevue was me when I say Shana obviously has NO respect for the practice/customers the doctor/owners have worked to hard for years to build/establish over the years... based on her Very UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL attitude/response/demeanor... especially with social media and word of mouth making and, or breaking companies in today’s society/climate. I just want everyone to know to be on the lookout for Shana, being “Becky” when you can spend your hard earned dollars with an office that is more progressive... I am/will!!!
