    It couldn't possibly have been better.  He picked up my lawn mower earlier in the week, and delivered it back to me in perfect working condition today.  I highly,highly recommend him!!!!  He even spent extra time with me to give me tips on how to keep my lawn mower in top shape, but keeping the gasoline fresh, putting in additives, close the gas valve when not working, and so much more!
    My lawn mower went to his location via his pick up and delivery for a small charge.

    I called "Discount Lawn Mower Repair" and left a message for a return call.  I received a return call shortly thereafter and spoke with Sebastian.  I explained my problem and he explained that it could be a number of things and he would need to be able to see the mower to provide an estimate for repair.  Unfortunately I no longer have a pickup truck so since I live rather close, he offered to come pick up my mower.  
    When they came to pick up my mower, the problem appeared to go away.  I asked for them to perform a tune-up and see if they can reproduce the problem.  They explained it would take a couple of days worked to complete the service.
    I received my mower back today and I am very pleased.  Sebastian explained that my mower had a slightly clogged jet and that was most likely the cause of intermittent shaking.  He cleaned out the jet and performed a tune-up (replaced the spark plug, added lubricants, etc)  He further explained that model of mower was newer and it has some sort of internal clutch such that it "opens" slight more as it the mower warms up.  He explained how the fuel switch on my mower worked and showed by leaving it in the wrong position it could appear that my mower is not working when in fact the knob may just need to be turned.  In short, I learned more about the care of my mower and how it functions in 10 minutes than I had in my lifetime.
    The mower works great and Sebastian offers a warranty for all of his work.   I had a great experience and the fact he was able to assist with pickup and drop off my mower was a huge plus.

    My Toro lawn mower got harder and harder to start. It used to start after 1 or 2 pulls. But it was taking many more than that (if I didn't flood it trying). It was also starting to make a grinding noise in the self-propelled gears. I contacted Sebastian of Discount Lawn Mower Repair. I dropped off the mower with him and expected to have to wait a week to 10 days like other service centers. He called me that same afternoon to tell me it was finished! He said I caught him on a good day so he was able to fix it right away. Even if it hadn't been a good day, he wouldn't have taken as long as the others I have used in the past. The mower starts right up like new and he replaced a worn out gear wheel. He also told me to use stabilizer in the gas to help performance and gave me a hint on how to turn the mower so the self-propelled gears don't wear out as quickly.

    Sebastien did a fantastic job and was great to work with. He promptly responded to my call and set up a time to meet him with the mower that evening (pick-up was also an option, but his location was convenient for us). He diagnosed the problem immediately, and quoted us $125. He had it repaired the next day, for less than his quote. The mower runs like a champ now -- better than it has in quite some time. We will use Sebastien again for any small-engine repair needs.

    Aerator for front and back yard but the machine did not for thru our standard size gate so they were not able to do the back yard. One they should know their machinery does not fit standard gates and mention that in the beginning. Secondly to have to pay the full price for only the front yard did not seem like such a good deal.
    They said they would work something out with us but after two calls they never returned my call.

He was able to secure the part that needed repair quickly and asked if I would like to purchase an additional one so if it became necessary to repair another axel I would have on one hand. It was a great idea and will same time in the future if a new repair becomes necessary.

    I took my lawn mower in for a tune-up.
    I did not realize until I got home that I had not received a receipt. I did not want to drive all the way back across town to pick one up if it were not necessary.
    So, I phoned the manager and asked if I needed one. When she asked why I wanted a receipt, I explained that when I was in there a couple of years back they misplaced my battery for several hours and only found it because I had a receipt which stated that I had left the battery with them.
    She proceeded to yell and scream over the phone that it had never happened and that I just was lying. With her every breath, she got louder and angrier. She simply was out of control. Thank goodness I was not there in person.
    At no time did I respond to her tirade. I simply do not know how to reply to anyone who is out of control, even if it is over the phone.
    I decided to go after the mower. When I got there, I kept totally quiet while she continued her rant. I simply got my mower and left.
    I have no idea what I said or did to set off this young woman, but only a fool would continue to do business with anyone who behaves in this manner.
    On reflection, I believe she already was angry about something else when I phoned and was only taking her anger towards someone or something else out on me. She sounded angry when she answered the phone. I just was a handy whipping-boy. Still, I would not wish to do business with someone who treats their customers in this manner.

    I called Sebastien on Monday and left a message. He called back in less than 15 minutes and arranged to have the mower picked up within two hours. His wife arrived right on time and got the mower. We agreed that she would deliver it on Wednesday, and once again was exactly on time. She texted me both tines to let me know that she would be there in 30 minutes.
    He changed the oil, cleaned the fuel line, replaced the air filter and spark plug, rebuilt the carburetor, sharpened the blade and cleaned the self-propel system. I am very satisfied and will use him again in the future and recommend him to others.
