  I requested a quote and within 10-15 minutes, Mr. Burris was calling me back to schedule a time and then two days later the tree was down, the stump grinded, and the debris cleared away. It was quick, clean, and cost efficient.

  Overall I'm satisfied with how the job went. The trimming was pretty quick and easy, but removal of a large, mature red oak took a couple of days and was a big job. During the removal effort, there was some damage to the yard around the tree (to be expected). The owner (Jim) was very responsive and personally saw to working with me to make sure I was satisfied with how the job went. He also provided some good advice on tree care, which is much appreciated. I would hire this company again.

  I got a professional opinion about a problem with water pooling near our front door when it rained. It is a hard area to fix without spending a ton of money. After speaking to a gutter and liter person, a gardener, another landscaping company, Holly at Heavenly gave a reasonable quote for a stage one fix where we could always do a next stage if it did not sufficiently fix the problem. They worked with our budget (with choices of bushes, allowing us to buy bushes at box stores under their advice, etc). We ended up having the workers do some other small side projects as long as they were there. The problem was not entirely solved but it did improve and when we feel like budgeting for it I would call them again for additional ideas. Also the curb appeal of the house is much nicer than it was. We did have some issues with connecting on the phone initially and there was some delay before they could come and do the work but it was reasonable and in part my fault and because it was a very busy time of year to engage them.

  Shane and co. were professional and communicative, as always, and did a great job installing PVC gutter drains, trenched out to the street. They also re-graded a courtyard to prevent pooling, and went the extra mile by re-packing a section of soil under our concrete porch that has begun eroding. We have used him for simple sprinkler repairs for years, and while a little higher priced than you can find elsewhere, he's way more accessible, detailed, and professional than many companies. And for this larger project, he provided a detailed, written portfolio setting out the scope of work and cost.

  We were looking for an all-inclusive landscaping company to completely redo our backyard, which had been a muddy, poorly graded safety hazard for nearly a year following concrete removal and extensive sewer work in early 2018. Among those I contacted to get an estimate for the work, Matt was the quickest to schedule an appointment, and he returned a detailed estimate to me in less than a week. His original price was a little higher than we could afford, but he was willing to work within our budget so he altered/deleted a few items to meet our financial needs. Even so, his estimates for all aspects of the project were exceptionally reasonable and he was one of the few who treated the job as something worth his time (most others gave me the impression that it was a 'small job' and not one they wanted or needed). While there were a few unexpected interruptions due to poor weather, the crews were able to complete the job in a timely manner, which was certainly impressive. However, what impressed me most was the dedication and care they put into their work. For example, they took nearly 5 full days to prep the ground, install the underlayment, and place the pavers for our brand new travertine patio, which is both stunning to look at and practical all at the same time. We have had countless positive comments from neighbors and friends with several people asking for Matt's information so they can have the same kind of patio installed in their yards. Furthermore, Matt and his crew were exceptionally considerate of my requests as the job progressed, making adjustments along the way to meet my expectations. Those who saw the yard before the crews started their work are simply amazed by the transformation. I cannot say enough good things about this company and highly recommend them for any landscaping project!

  Over the last 25 years Rose Landscapes has installed two pavestone patios and most recently a new driveway for us. In a previous home we wanted more than just a rectangular patio. Rose created a spectacular design for that home and again for our current home. This company goes above and beyond in creation, installation and customer service. I highly recommend!

  Back in early June after the big storm we had extensive damage to our landscaping and property. Several trees were down a few had damaged our landscaping and hardscaping. BRYCE and his team at reeds showed up quickly they did an amazing job not only clearing the damage but also giving our landscaping new life. I couldnt say enough good things about them honestly. Took one call and we were impressed it feels like most contractors you have to chase to get the job done but not Reeds we felt great about the decision they were transparent about everything which again is rare with contractors again can't say enough good things we will be using more of them soon on other projects
