A technician, Bob, came to my house two days ago to repair a problem with the indoor unit of my HVAC system. Bob was very courteous and polite, and he fixed the unit. He also took the time to explain how to read the blinking code which tells you the source of the problem. He finished within an hour and the cost was the most reasonable of any HVAC company I have dealt with.

Horrible. We have paid $70 per month ($800 per year) for 6 years because we have an old system. They wanted to replace the part but left $1000 for me to pay for uncovered expenses. The company said it was about a $2000 repair. Which is ridiculous for a system that old esp when the r22 freon will be finally phased out in January. When i asked how much credit I would receive if I wanted to replace the system, they said $245. Dont count on your warranty coming through.

Making an appointment was easy. They got here on time, got on with with their work, keeping us up to date. They did what needed to be done, even came back the next day to finish something off, at no extra cost. Great professional service.

    Metro Express Service
How terrific was that! Came home to our condo from work and the air condoning was not running, YIKES! Made a call to Metro Express Service at 5 pm, they came out the same day to provide an estimate. Work was completed on time and within budget by a very professional crew. Will definitely call MES again for annual check-ups. Very satisfied customers with two happy cats!!! (Downtown Dallas)

    LifeTime Air, LLC
They did great! I had a 10:30 appointment and when I pulled up to my house at 10:10, they were waiting for me. They cleaned my condensing unit coils and checked for any issues. Had to add a little Freon to both units, now they work great. Very responsible. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Wonderful, they were early and called to see if it was ok to come early, very respectful and friendly and that mean a lot when someone come into your home, he was very professional and he knew what he was doing, he also explained what he was doing and why and at the end of the repair he cleaned up after him self and explained how to maintain the appliance after he repaired it. I would give him an big A+.

    Tempo Mechanical Services Inc
Don't be fooled because it looks ok, because they will not take the responsible for the shoddy work underneath the equipment when your ceiling falls in due to them leaving open holes in your roof!!!! Anthony Pinero & his team installed & sold us extras. However, in putting the unit on our one year old roof they left two holes unsealed under the unit. (See photo). This allowed rain to seep in over the years & collect above our bedrooms until one day, during big storms, the ceiling fell in. Our Allstate insurance inspector and two roofing company inspectors deemed the cause to be the holes left by Tempo, so our insurance would not cover the costs with replacing the roof, attic damage or inside damage. The roofers tool lots of photos and gave statements, but Tempo management would not even respond to our calls or e-mails with photos. Eventually, the marketing person did respond & eventually the info we sent her did go to a Tempo insurance adjuster. That man never acknowledged looking at the photos or statements from Allstate or roofers, nor that the only people on our roof since the installation were Tempo's maintenance men who we paid to regularly make sure the unit was in good shape, change filters, bulbs, etc. that Tempo insurance person took months to rule Tempo was not at fault SIMPLY because it had taken four years for enough water to collect to crash through our ceiling. BEWARE of shoddy Tempo work you can't see, until it's too late.

Called the after hours number at 4:05am. Return phone call by 4:25. Jeff was at my house by 5:35. AC was fixed by 6:15. No hassle, no up-sell, just great service. For about $325, including the after hours service fee, we were able to get our AC back in only a couple of hours. I highly recommend their service and will use them again if the need arises.

    Mickey G Morgan Services, Inc
Promptly came to bid, friendly, efficient, install went well and I was initially very pleased. Mickey is a friend of a friend and I was in need of new ac in two properties so a 12k job with 12k more to be spent next year on 2 more units. After the install in my vacant remodeled property my contractor noted that the ac drain in the attic was draining into a pvc pipe that had been disconnected in the remodel. The working drain was about 2 ft away and therefore the pvc coming from the air handler needed to be moved to the working drain. Simple 30 minute job. It was march and several months till I needed to turn the ac on. I called Mickey (the owner and person who installed the unit) asking him to come to change the drain next time he was in my area. He did not return my call. I know these guys are busy and I wasn't in a hurry. Over 4 months I called and texted every 2 to 3 weeks cheerfully reminding him to come make the change. He never replied or returned my calls. Odd in that he was so good at the front end of the job and I had a one year labor and parts warranty. Finally in late July I had to turn on my ac with or without Mickey. Water came pouring through my brand new ceiling and not only did I have damage I still had a unit I paid 6100k for that I couldn't use. I texted Mickey the damage photos and asked him if he had insurance for the install and again asked him to come make the change to a working drain. He finally replied! Blamed my contractor for the problem. If it was my contractor who was to fix this mistake why did Mickey not reply to me the previous 4 months and say that? Why didn't he offer to make the change for a service call if he didn't think it was something covered under his labor warranty. Since it's Mickeys labor warranty I did not want to void it by having someone else make the change to his work without knowing from him that it would not void it. The customer service part of this was to call me back and allow me to move forward. I preferred he be the one to fix it since he's an AC guy even if he charged me for the service call. Ulimately if you use Mickey Morgan for new HVAC you need to find out what his labor warranty actually covers. Be prepared he may not respond or fix a problem after you have paid for your new unit. Even as the owner of his own company he doesn't feel the need to be appreciative for your business. He was more expensive but I chose him because my friend had known him for most of his life and gave him glowing reviews. Lesson I learned is that even close friends don't know how people run their businesses so he may have been a great friend to her but not a business person who treats her friend well. I'm still blown away that this happened and he dealt with this the way he did especially after such a stellar start. I'll be buying my second 2 units from somebody else. It makes me so sad to write this review.
