  • TT Roya she scheduled the appointment and was very nice. Shawn and Bo came out and arrived withing the time frame given. They very nice & professional. They figured out the problem fairly quick and heater is repaired. It needed a capacitor. Also recommended change the filter;

  • Initially the wrong unit was brought to my house in North Dallas which I caught before the unit was even taken off the truck. The install was delayed until the correct unit was brought. We have not had any issues until this winter the inspection showed that some material which had been install to seal to areas of the heat area where installed improperly and have been leaking for over a year. It may have been that the inspection the previous time did not catch the issue. It may have been leaking since day 1 since it is an area about 3 inches by the length of the unit. It almost looks like tape with insulation. Since I had another issue with Fox on another unit at a different location I am sure they will not respond.

  • I was quoted on the phone at $125 for inspection and cleaning. The service man did not inspect chimney and ended up charging me $359 for services of adding oil and fragrance which I did not agree to. I watched him work, (only took him 30 minutes) and not once did I see him add oil or fragrance. Even if he had, charging $234, (over 200% increase), does not justify charging me this much. He also showed me his other customer's invoices which also showed they too should have been charged $125 but he changed costs to $359 at the bottom without details of costs. After he got angry with me, I was finally able to talk him down to $299 which is still $174 more than the quote. I felt conned and I'm sure his other customers did too.

  • Called In the morning and technician arrived in the evening. Very professional and courteous. Diagnosed problem- furnace board was burnt out. Next morning called with cost for replacement board and that evening furnace was fixed. He even installed our new thermostat. Very pleased with service and will definitely call them again.

  • Overall process was great until the very end. Team did not know how to install smart thermostat correctly and blamed the BRAND NEW thermostat and insisted I pay before the issue was resolved. I had to call Honeywell directly to fix the issue which was just a simple wire fix. I was turned off completely because I was “highly encouraged” / almost bullied to pay for services that weren’t completely done (only the AC would turn on, not the furnace due to the smart thermostat issue). I was constantly told that “In order to keep costs ‘low’ I had to pay them right away” even though only half of my HVAC system worked correctly.

  • I dealt with one of the owners who was very responsive. Also, their price was at least $1700 less than one of my other quotes. The installation went well. The only issue that I had was that the furnace would not come on when I tried to turn it on a couple of days after installation. I immediately called the owner I had been dealing with and two hours later, the installer was back at my house to correct the problem. He said there was an issue with the wiring connected to my thermostat and he acknowledged that he should have checked to ensure that everything was operating properly after he finished the installation.

  • Everyone i dealt with was friendly and professional. Recommendations and options were explained in detail with no undue pressure to increase initial scope. Job went well and to schedule. Workers thoroughly cleaned up after job, which was not an easy task considering attic is full of blown-in insulation. Very happy with results.

  • The 1st time I used them it went perfectly fine, but the 2nd time a technician came out I felt that he was trying to scare me into buying more repairs and services that I didn't actually need. They offer a warranty similar to and insurance policy that he was really trying to push on me

  • They did not install it properly so the 1st time I used it it overflowed and caused damage to the ceiling. At this time I still didn't realize why it was happening and eventually it overflowed again and did even more damage. I contacted Fox letting them know and seeing if they could at least come out and repair it for me, but I have yet to hear back from them
