  • Provider name locked. gave us a very competitive price on what appears to be a high quality system.  JR, the installer was a professional. He was friendly, thorough, quick and efficient.  If he ran into any major hiccups he must have figured them out very quietly because we only heard from him a couple of times during the Provider name locked. process.  This business seems to have a full schedule, so don't expect to get your stuff done overnight.  I generally like to work with busy people - it is a good sign.  I have other projects and plan to work with this team in the future.

  • Instillation went fine.  Then Hawk's billing department said I was a liar and did not have a camera installed in June but had it installed in December.  Then they are saying I haven't paid my bill since January 1st.  I have receipts from emails and bank statements showing I have not missed any payments but they keep arguing with me and saying I am not paying my bill.  They are threatening to cancel me which I wish they would do.  To cancel with them one must pay the entire contract off and not a cancellation fee. 
    I would not recommend this company to any one due to their billing department.  I have written proof and they say I don't. 
    Please do not do business with Provider name locked. .  You will regret it.

  • We had service 2007-2010, which was fine.  Since then, our experience has bee horrific and we're not even customers of Provider name locked. .  We moved out of the neighborhood in 2010 and cancelled service then.  I have a service cancellation confirmation in writing from Provider name locked. .  We moved back in 2011.  In 2015, Provider name locked. began billing us for monthly service, stating we signed up as a result of reporting a suspicious character in the neighborhood.  Clearly a "reporting" of neighborhood activities is a far cry from establishing a "contract" with a provider.  Nevertheless, after 6 months of providing documents to the company and filing a BBB complaint, Provider name locked. agreed and resolved the matter internally.  That said, their response to the BBB complaint, faulted us the client, versus them for their deceptive trade practices.
    I would never recommend Provider name locked. under their current management.
