Real People ~ Real Reviews ~ Real Results
The owner is Provider name locked. Lynch. He seems to frequently change his business name(s) and phone numbers. I'll get to all of those at the end of this review.
Our company needed seven cameras terminated to our new security system and the DVR setup. We found Provider name locked. running ads on Craigslist under the name Legend Telecommunications & Telecom; which is the name we wrote the check out to.
Provider name locked. sent two technicians over, after assuring me they were trained on the particular system we purchased. Two men were here for 5.5 hours, to add the connectors to the end of 7 pre-wired cables, and screw them into the back of the DVR. They also setup the remote viewing for the internet. Honestly, they spent most of their time following the runs from the 7 cameras, that we had already paid a company to run to the IT room, when the camera was installed. How can it take 11 man work hours to do what they did? My telephone vendor said it was impossible! Anyhow, the connections were poorly spliced on, and the pictures started going on and off on the DVR, within days.
I've repeatedly left voice messages (when the voice mail box isn't full and can't accept messages....surprise?) and never had calls returned. He's repeatedly failed to show up to do the 5-minute repair, when he has promised. And, today, after demanding that he come, today, he laughed and hung up.
Now, as to the myriad of names he is using out there: Legend Networking & Telecom - Provider name locked. -
Physicians Network & Telecom. There are a myriad of phone numbers. 214-554-1525; 214-206-9277; 800-794-1588; 214-774-9486.

The u-verse TV cable installation was faulty. As soon as I noticed it (about 15 minutes), I tried to contact the installer at the phone number he had provided. The number was a mail-box that has not been set up, so I have no way to reach him.
I have tried to contact someone else at AT&T, but no one there seems to be the least bit interested in the problem.- LAQUITA H.
We had a laundry list of items we wanted done prior to putting our house on the Provider name locked. for sale, and of the recommended Angie's List companies we obtained bids from, Provider name locked. promised to do the job the quickest. We ended up disappointed because Provider name locked. promised more than he delivered. He did a fine job with each of the items on our list, but he kept promising that each task would be completed sooner than he could actually complete the job. This meant that we had house cleaners, Provider name locked. , realtor and Provider name locked. 's crew tripping over each other the two days before our open house. Also, we discovered during the first rain storm after the gutter repair that a corner still leaked. Overall, I would say Provider name locked. 's a fine painter/handyman, but he disappoints by overpromising. You have to really push him to get things done on time.- Jennifer W.
