    Life works recovery
The therapy they did on me at Life Works Recovery is definitely a life-changer. They understand my situation and provided the needed help for my recovery. The sessions are fun and will make you realise so much about life. Thank you for bringing me back to life.

    Life works recovery
I strongly advise against using this company's services. In truth this company was more harmful to my marriage than my partner's *** addiction! I rarely write and leave reviews, however I feel compelled to caution anyone who is considering using Lifeworks Recovery, ESPECIALLY partners of recovering *** addicts. My experience here was the opposite of what Lifeworks claimed to do, and instead of "helping the partners heal their trauma first...and helping the spouse and partner of an addict get the truth, set and maintain healthy boundaries, and stop the crazy-making...", Lifeworks adversely perpetuated the trauma, took away my sense of reality and created a bigger schism in my marriage and relationship than the addiction itself. I entered into therapy with Lifeworks very optimistic, with the full intention of staying in the marriage and working through the damage wrought upon my life through my partner's addiction. My partner worked with CSAT Aaron "Gene" Hunt for over a year before the *** addiction was disclosed to me at the setting of the Lifeworks' office. I had to experience 2 more disclosures following this initial meeting because pertinent information was consistently withheld from me. I only discovered the severity of the addiction once I found innumerable emails and Craigslist adds of my partner soliciting *** from strangers over the course of our 6 year relationship. CSAT Aaron and Lifeworks Recovery seemed determined to hide this information from me, and Aaron worked with my partner to prepare a formal disclosure stating that my partner's addictive behaviors had ceased when he entered the relationship with me. This could not have been further from the truth! When I confronted Aaron and my partner with evidence of infidelity, Aaron did not act surprised or concerned. I requested that my partner seek a rehabilitation facility because I believed that he needed greater help than a weekly visit with Aaron, but Aaron advised against this and persuaded my partner that I was only attempting to control his recovery and the situation. He instructed my partner to instead spend more money and time with Lifeworks, which felt manipulative and ethically dishonest. I was even told by Lifeworks that I did not have the authority or capacity to consider a divorce unless I continued doing work with them. I have since terminated services with Lifeworks and am continuing my therapy through a different company. I am now in the middle of a messy divorce, but I can't help feeling that things might have gone differently if my partner and I had chosen to seek counseling through a company other than Lifeworks. *** addiction is a painful, emotionally damaging experience for anyone, but mine was compounded exponentially by Aaron and Lifeworks Recovery. I would truly hate for anyone to have to repeat this experience. If you are a partner of a *** addict and you are reading this, please keep faith in yourself and render your time, money and future elsewhere.

Dorothy worked hard to find us the best deal that she could find. We only had a few days until our current plan expired and she worked tirelessly to make sure that we were covered. She's very passionate about helping people in the ever-changing, complicated healthcare field. We would definitely use her again.

They always seemed in a HUGE hurry. Their explanations of (granted, compLicated) issues were confusing. MOST IMPORTANTLY: THEY DID NOT DELIVER ON THEIR GUARANTEE, WHICH INCREASED OUR HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIUMS (FOR THE ENTIRE COMPANY) by 50%!! very painful experience overall.

Michael Herzog is a truly professional agent who really looks out for the client. I am not fond of insurance companies, but Michael is very patient and takes the time to explain the details of many different policies to choose from and helps you decide what is best. I once needed a special form which I was unable to produce and Michael took his time to personally drop the form off at my house. Now that is customer service at its finest.

I was in the process of purchasing a home and needed to get some home owners insurance quotes. Given the high ratings on Angie's List, I chose to reach out to this company for assistance. Although the agent was prompt to respond, I felt that he was not proactive in providing guidance with information right from the onset. He sent me a lot of information that I needed to sift through and needless to say, this felt very overwhelming especially given the complexities of insurance language. This in turn prompted having to call him multiple times for assistance which I though lead to more than necessary phone calls. Thus the B rating. However, I did end up getting great deals on both the home and auto insurances.

I am very grateful to Mr. Nasciemento.
He cleared up my fuzzy thinking and laid out our options expertly and efficiently. Before speaking to him, I had put many hours into the insurance research-project but was nonetheless still confused and frustrated.  In the end, I am not sure that he will even profit from my enlisting his services, but we certainly did.
    Thank you Bruno!

    East Texas Medical Center-Fairfield
They are rude.  They misdiagnosed my 12 year old son and put him on strong muscle relaxers and pain killers.  I was referred to another doctor and they said the pelvis was broken and it was just the growth plate on the CT scan.  They didn't know how to properly read the scan.

    Primacare Medical Center
Arrived around 9 AM, only waited 15 minutes to see the nurse and have her vitals taken (took about 15 min), and then she saw the doctor.  He did his tests and diagnosed her with upper respitory infection, gave her a antibiotic and flonaze.  She is doing better.
The doctor was very professional but difficult to understand (poor English).
This is the second time we have used this facility and will go again.  They keep one's records and we did not have to give them her ID and insurance cards again.
Nice waiting room with free coffee.

They must have somebody at the top that is really organized. We think they are top.  We like the doctors that we found there and the people seem to come in and do what we need done. At the end, the nurse sat down with us and explained everything. The doctors seem to be on the ball. We got in right away.  They are very well trained.
