  • I went into Provider name locked. 's with the faucet cartridge I was planning on replacing in my hand to make sure I got the correct cartridge. They sold me a Provider name locked. 1225 cartridge. When I went home to install the cartridge, it went limp repeatedly. I wiped down the grease and it continued to go limp. I reinstalled the older cartridge I replaced and realized that the older cartridge had more resistance. I looked and saw that there were more resistance bands on the cartridge, indicating it was a different cartridge. I went back to return the cartridge that they had sold me and the guy asked me what he was suppose to do with it. That he couldn't resale it. I told him it was the wrong cartridge. He argued with me. The Provider name locked. off the bat was combative. He passed me on to another person there working the counter who was helping another customer simultaneously and that guy spoke to me incredulously too. At one point the first guy opened up a Provider name locked. faucet book enticing me to pick out which single handled faucet model I had. I try and support local business and I have been in there and bought plumbing supplies before, but I don't feel like its proper customer service to be combative with a customer. The guy who sold me the cartridge didn't even look at the one I brought in in the first place. Oh no, he never makes mistakes the guy said. Well, yall made one today. Oh and the cartridge is listed $10 cheaper everywhere else. No reason to support this local business again.

  • .Placed order for bath fixtures.  We were told that everything was in stock and no problem that our contractor could pick it all up within a day or two.  We told them great because we had the granite fabricators coming withing the week and we could coordinate all of the installations.  As it turns out, one of the faucets was NOT in stock but a special order.  It took 6 weeks for the product to be delivered.  They insisted that all of the papers we signed had a small note at the bottom that says there could be a Provider name locked. that some items would not be in stock, even though the sales people tell us it is.  We did see this small print and felt really mad because it was sneaky.  The sales person never told us that some parts could be delayed.  She new we were coordinating within a few days to have everything installed but obviously they just wanted the sale and would deal with the fallout from that down the road.  We asked to speak to the manager and I did but all he could say was that it was written in small print that some items could be delayed.  When we asked why the sales representative didn't bother to tell us this he said that it was our responsibility to read the fine print.  He offered to deliver the items when they came in, which he did and that was nice.  He said he felt sorry for us and would come up with some sort of "price reduction" for our inconvenience.  When I asked the sales rep about this when the item was delivered she said that that wasn't going to happen.  Hm.....I asked to speak to the manager.  The sales rep said she would tell him my concern and that he would call.  He never did.  We never resolved that issue.
I would not recommend this company to any friends.  Too sneaky and lots of hoops to jump through to track down your order.  Go to Lowe's or Home Depot!

  • Very poor customer service.  You have to wait about twenty minutes just to see one of the two representatives.  Two hours to order all appliances.  Very sneaky about details, what's in stock, what's not.  You have to call many times and follow up on your order to track it down.  Sales help says one thing, management says another.  A monetary rebate was told would happen and that never did.  You would do better to peruse the showroom and order on line, or go to a big hardware chain store and get it there.
