    Kevin Niblett MD
-I read another review that said Dr. Niblett had a "quirky" communication style. I find him very humorous. He is a big "aw shucks" Texan with an easygoing manner. Has a very unique way of explaining things in a rather "down home", non-medical way. -Behind the good old boy charm is a smart guy and a very good surgeon. He comes highly recommended by other doctors. -I was charged $233 for the office visits (Aetna Insurnace) -About 7 years ago Dr. Niblett was my Mothers surgeon. She was in the hospital over Christmas and Dr. Niblett came to visit her on Christmas Day. It was not a drive by quick in and out visit. He spent time with my Mother and was very sweet to a scared elderly woman. I'm a fan.

Dr. Eliason was great. His bedside manner is wonderful. All he does is perform gall bladder surgery, which is what I was looking for - an expert. There were no complications from the surgery. I was very pleased with everything from start to finish. His staff was very friendly as well. I would highly recommend this doctor if you need to have your gall bladder removed.

    Preston Plaza Surgery Center
I arrived for my appointment, filled out some papers and was taken back to the waiting area for the procedure. I changed into a gown and laid on a "hospital bed" where I was asked questions. I had received permission to enjoy a cup of coffee (no cream) the night prior from the anesthesiologist, but it was a concern to the surgical center staff. They asked if I would come back tomorrow and after going without food for two days, I stated, "If this doesn't get done today, I'm never coming back." The anesthesiologist was brought in and stated that with what I was having done, it was fine. The nurse explained they were concerned I would vomit because my stomach was not completely empty and aspirate, which could be serious. The procedure went as planned and I'm here to tell about it. ;) I was out of surgery before I knew it, woke up and the doctor came in to talk with me. (My sister was there as I was not allowed to drive. It was a good thing, because she was able to tell me things I didn't remember from his visit.) As soon as he left, I got dressed and left. She told me I was offered food but denied it because I was intent on going out to breakfast.

It went fine although I had a gallbladder problem to begin with. The staff seemed very professional and I was taken care of. I did not see a lot of their office. We are still working on the billing as I am having the insurance thing done now.

    Dearden, Craig L
He listens and he is not in too big of a hurry. He is very kind. He shows concern for the patient. It is easy to get appointments at his office and they are accommodating. His office is clean and tidy. I will continue to use him in the future and recommend him to others. He is very knowledgeable.

    Rajesh Padmanabhan MD
His office staff were great about working with me in scheduling the procedure and he called me to see if I had any questions ahead of time.  Surgery couldn't have gone any better.  I would recommend him as a general surgeon without hesitation.

    Frank Veninga, M.D.
I highly recommend Dr. Veninga. He is very caring and thorough, and his office staff is first-rate. He spent lots of time during my first appointment discussing my problem and my options. He also provided me with photos taken inside during the surgery and a full surgical report afterward. During the surgery, he noticed a growth (unrelated my original surgical issue), and took the time to biopsy it and check to make sure the rest of my organs looked OK. Very pleased with my experience with him and his staff.

    Carman-Stiles, Dr. Christine A
We went to Dr. Stiles for an initial consultation on the recommendation of our Pediatrician. She was very detailed with her description of what was going to happen, what the mass probably was, etc. The surgery went well and we have had no complications. There were several follow-up visits, just to check on his recovery. Scar prevention was discussed, etc. He still has a slight scar, but it continues to fade. I would recommend Dr. Stiles to anyone with young children in the need of this type of procedure.

Hospital is awesome.  Posh, sparkling facility w/ wonderful nursing staff.  Everyone I encountered was pleasant, professional & accommodating.   Even hospital meals were exceptional.

Started with paperwork to submit to insurance company in Sep 2007. Also was required to have Primary Physician's "ok" for surgery, sleep apnea study, see nutritionist, see psychologist. Insurance finally approved in Dec. Not too much communication in-between. Do know they had to submit additional info to the insurance co. Had an extensive meeting with the Dr. and additional testing. Scheduled surgery date (I got to pick date/time). Surgery went well. He also repaired a hiatal hernia. This was done as day surgery and I was out of work for 1 week.
