    I cannot say enough about Dr Taub, he is awesome! Back in November Dr Taub placed rods and screws from T2 to my pelvis for spinal fusion due to scoliosis. I have been to numerous surgeons in the DFW area and none can hold a candle to Dr Taub. I knew from my first visit with him that he was my surgeon for life. He and his staff (Thomas, Colleen, and others) have been very attentive to me and always seem to care. Wait times in the office are not lengthy, my calls are always return timely (most of the time by Dr Taub or Thomas themselves). At each and every appointment I am not rushed, and Dr Taub makes sure to answer each and every question that my husband and I have. He makes me feel like I am the only patient he has, even though that is not true. Even his stitch work is excellent. I rate my incision a 10 (10 being the best). Just weeks after surgery and you almost cannot even see it. I will have another surgery with Dr Taub in 1 wk for cervical fusion, I know I am in good hands.

    I was in the need of sendibg my 12 months old baby to daycare and was looking for a better and resonable cost daycare. First I wenr zari's home and I didnt waste my time in finding other places. I was completely satisfied with the environment and care that zari gives to the babies. from next day i started sending my baby there. it is nice working with Zari. she will give many tips to handle baby when they are sick and when they are adamant. she is kind of mom to me and my baby. kids do learn the discipline as well in her home. i liked the home.

    The initial appointment was normal except for the doctor himself. Dr. Iqbal had a terrible bedside manner. He was professional, but unfriendly and very impersonal. He gave me the impression he had much better things to do than talk to me, and he was obviously in a hurry to get in and out. The office seemed quite disorganized as well, but the other personnel I interacted with were at least friendly. That being said, the reason I am writing this review has little to do with the doctor’s bedside manner or the office organization. I am writing this due to the following experience, which I consider to be unprofessional and inexcusable. I scheduled a follow up appointment while at my first appointment, and a little more than a week later, I received a text message saying an earlier appointment was available (no mention of the date or time) and to call their phone number if I wanted it. I called and went through the long, automated system and sat on hold for a long time only to get a message that no one could answer and to leave a message. I left a message and did not receive a call back. I called two more times over the next two business days only to have the same result. I left messages for those calls as well and have not received a call back to this day. Doctors are not the only people for which time is valuable. I wasted much time calling to get the earlier appointment as instructed. Why would they send me a text to call a number no one will ever answer, especially for time sensitive situation like obtaining a new appointment time? I know this is an automated system, and the problem is probably related to the pandemic. However, their IT provider should make accommodations for this and not allow such a failure of communication to occur. The pandemic has been going on how long now? I ended up having to log on to their portal to communicate with their office. That is a pain for me as I must connect to my work network via VPN, and I cannot get to their site when I am connected to that VPN. I was so frustrated that I ended up canceling my follow up appointment all together and made an appointment with another doctor at another office even though they had taken x-rays and blood work for me. I was never able to reach a human to discuss anything. I understand the pandemic has caused communication issues, but I have successfully dealt with three other physicians' offices as well as other corporate offices and services during this time, and not once have I experienced anything like this. They lost a patient simply because they did not care enough to return my call. I will be informing my referring physician's office of this as well.
