    Be patient though results don't happen overnight, it’s no quick fix and there is a lot to learn. You have to understand it’s not just about getting hot, sweaty and out of breath every time you train.  It’s about a lifestyle change that can only happen one day at a time.

  • Fit 180 offers one-on-one training at any of their three locations seven days a week from early morning to evening. That makes it easy to get your workouts at times and locations that fit your schedule. Clients pay for blocks of 12 sessions at a time for $90 each. I am expected to show up about 20 minutes early for cardio before each 1 hour session. All new clients are asked to keep and submit daily food logs for at least the first few months. The Fit 180 team will provide dietary advice if you need it. Personally, I find food logging a pain, but it was helpful in managing my calorie intake and reminding me to stay hydrated. Once a month everybody gets weighed, measured, and photographed. After one year as a client I asked to see all my photos. The difference was amazing. By the fourth month there was a noticeable change. After one year I had a totally different body. I went from being a flabby guy with a belly and not much muscle Provider name locked. who got winded walking across a parking lot to being a flat bellied guy with clearly defined muscles and plenty of stamina. At my last annual physical my resting pulse was down about 20 beats per minute, my blood pressure was where it was in my twenties (I'm 62), and my cholesterol was below 200 for the first time ever. They all have college degrees and backgrounds in a variety of sports and activities which offers the clients a great blend of techniques and advice. It is rare to have the same trainer twice in a row, and I have never had the same type workout twice in a row. The trainers do a great job of communicating with the clients and each other. If I tell one trainer I have a sore knee, they all know about it and not only avoid aggravating it, but work in therapy to help it heal. All three gyms are clean, have a wide variety of very good equipment, and nice restrooms and showers. Also, they are never crowded. Provider name locked. and her team are passionate about what they do and really take a great deal of pride in their clients' accomplishments.
    I have never been a gym rat, so making the decision to contact Fit 180 wasn't easy. I'm really glad I did. They have a unique approach to personal training that it totally focused on each client's needs and goals. I never expected to say this, but I actually look forward to my workouts.
