  • My leather headboard had become a scratching post until I found Precision Leather. Fortunately, as other leather companies had refused this job. The owner, Larry Klein, was confident and informative, and treated my job as an important one. He was not only able to repair the surface damages but also changed the leather color to a color of my choice. He and his crew were on time, on schedule, with no problems or excuses. I will use them again, refer them to friends, and highly recommend them to anyone who has leather they they wish to re-invent. Before you buy new you may want to call 972 248 4428. Precision Leather will help you and do an amazing job. Thank you Larry.

  • Rita responded quickly. I wanted 5 pillows but thought I would have her make 1 pillow and see how it went. After meeting her, I could tell she paid careful attention to detail. At that point, I decided to go ahead and have her make all 5...instead of just the 1 test one. I was not disappointed!!! They turned out beautifully!!! I am SO pleased!! Thank you so much Rita! Until my next project...😊

  • I took in (6) Curtain Panels to be dry cleaned at Clean Care Cleaners on Friday, June 9th. (2) curtain panels were Linen and (4) curtain panels that were Cotton. When I picked up the curtains, the (2) Linen panels were cleaned and look great. The other (4) cotton panels, however were shrunken by 4" each; ruining the panels. I took in the (4) panels and one original curtain panel I had at home to the store and brought the issue to their attention. The front desk manager said she would speak to her manager David and get back to me about what could be done. I had to come in to the store four more times before the manager, David would make time for me and actually speak with me in person; wasting my very valuable time. David went in to a long explanation of how he is the ultimate professional and made the choice, without asking me-the customer, to wet clean and machine dry the curtains; ultimately ruining the curtains. David made the choice to wet clean them after I had asked Clean Care Cleaners to DRY CLEAN the curtains. David has the responsibility to reimburse the cost to replace the curtains and the cost of the cleaning service to the panels, since his choice to wet clean the curtains ruined them. David and I spoke for over 30 minutes debating the issue. David ultimately blamed the issue on the curtain manufacturer and just said he was sorry and it was not his fault. He continued to debate with me, speaking over me, pointing his hands in my face, and raising his voice to me. David then said to me that this was his Saturday and he didn't want to talk to me, I said that I was wasting his time. Then David walked out of the store, acting like a child, like a coward. Leaving me, the paying customer with no resolution to the issue. The treatment I received as a customer, as a human being is absolutely unheard of and unacceptable. I would never recommend them to anyone. (Owner name of Clean Care Cleaners is listed as T & D Kim Corp)

  • I have now been here multiple times and have purchased four three suits. The first visit I expected standard service as I was only shopping for clothes. The overall experience though was OUTSTANDING. Not only did I come away feeling important, the suits feel like light cloth draped over me but are well made and look fantastic. I constantly received compliments from others and I feel like a million bucks and ready to conquer the world when wearing my business wear. Best of all, they are cool in the heat yet warm not cold when it cools off and seem to stand up well to wear.

  • I have been coming to this place for years, since they were on the hard-to-get-to corner by the old Mrs. Baird's (they're not that easy to get to now, either). I took a pair of boots to get the heels replaced. Went back to pick them up 10 days later and the box matching my ticket contained somebody else's boots. So mine are lost and so are theirs. He said it could take days or even weeks to find them (assuming they actually look for them). My guess is I will never see them again. And they won't be seeing me again either.

  • The cleaning bill was $8000.  They went over board.  They cleaned and pressed everything.  When I kept getting mad at them they eventually did some things.  They just left me with boxes undone.  Finally they did come back.

  • Provider has misplaced/lost ~$200 pair of new shoes. Me/my wife have been to the store 5 times over the past month to pick up the shoes, but the shoes still can not be found/recovered. My wife spoke to the owner approx. 1 week ago an instructions derived from the conversation were for me to come by the store today (Saturday) to pick up the shoes (as they would surely be found by now). Shoes are still missing. Instead, I was told the the cashiers (one named Lala Moreno - more on her momentarily) that I would receive a call once shoes were found, but with no estimate to when that might be (response was qualified that they have a lot of shoes and it could take a while). However, what disappointed me most is the lack of accountability, and therefore lack of care/courtesy for the customer. When I noted that "You" lost my shoes, and that "You" have a responsibility to the customer to resolve the situation (note, "You" = "The Cobbler"), Lala was quick to say "I did not lose your shoes." Lala very well may be correct that she not lose my shoes. But her store did. And my interpretation of her statement was that since she did not lose them, she is not responsible. But to make her point even more clear, she showed my a copy of a blank invoice that states at the bottom (paraphrased), "Shoes not picked up within 30 days are no longer the responsibility of the store." Meaning, if Lala/The Cobbler cannot find them soon, they are off the hook, and I'm out of luck. 30 days has almost elapsed. I just might be out of luck...

  • Larry met with us and explained the whole process along with the cost.  We agreed and when the time came for him and his crew to pick up the sofa they were on time as well as when it was returned.  The sofa's is like new again.  We are extremely pleased, with the color being restored, the feel of the leather and the whole process with this company.

  • I have a 15 year old Seiko kinetic watch that I had sitting in a drawer for about 5 years.  After so many years of non-use, when I tried to use it it would "tick" for a little bit and then an hour later nothing.  It would not keep the time.  So I used Fast Fix and they got it working and it has been working great now for almost two years since I had it repaired.  They did two services on the watch.  (1)one was replace a battery (or was it a capacitor?  I don't remember) and (2)the second service I can't recall (it has been two years so I forgot).  Anyway, I waited purposely to delay my review to make sure the repairs would hold and my watch still works great.  Fast Fix of Irving mall earns my A review.

  • The leather cushions were returned in like new appearance.

Larry also gave me a leather conditioner and instructions on when and how to use it not only on my home seating but for my care seats as well.
