she identified problem areas that I hadn't mentioned because they were not my priority in my first visit; she adjusted
them all; with my decades-long problems you visit a lot of practitioners; she merits the qualifier of fantastic if

When I got to the office, I filled out the requisite forms and went back. Dr.
We did do some manual manipulations which has always been the experience for me with chiropractors, but that was after the NET. I honestly did feel stronger and more stable after just the NET, but she dis some tests where she tried to move my arm while applying pressure to a nerve and could move my arm. She then manipulated the joint associated with that nerve and tried it again, and could not move my arm. It really worked.

They would suggest exercises for me to try and would work with me right then to make sure I could do them. I was extremely out of shape (and still am not in great shape at all). I have dropped from 390 to 355. I have built up to 1/2 mile on the treadmill, I can get in out of the my car without a problem anymore, I have grealty diminished a limp that I have had for 5 years because of stiff thigh muslces, and though I have been in constant pain for years, that pain is lessening every week as I work with
The combined approach of having chiropractors, pain specialists, nutritional experts, personal trainers, and a gym all at one location "a one stop shop approach" makes following a full health program easier, less time consuming for me, and far less expensive on the pocketbook when all the parts are considered.
I highly recommend this team and their approach to health. Their motto is their Hypothesis and I have done some reseach since dropping into their laps. The "Posture of our bodies" is the "core" to our fitness and
