  • Everything went smoothly.  Provider name locked. brought a set of wonderfully whimsical tea pots and accessories.  We used my china, but Provider name locked. also can provide china based on the host's preferences.

We spent time well ahead of the party to work out the menu and the logistics, which ensured a no-stress afternoon.

  • I cannot say enough wonderful things about Priceless Catering.
Where to begin? I hired the firm on a whim after reading the glowing reviews on Angie's List about the company and its owners, Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. Price. Provider name locked. is a talented and Provider name locked. is the point person on the party planning. Calls were returned promptly, promises kept and enthusiasm maintained even when I was talking prices and vascillating on menu choices. Provider name locked. is one of the most delightful people I have met in a very long time. I was panicky because the invitations were lost in the ice storm and I had to do a last-minute evite; Provider name locked. was patient with the guest count and I found her enthusiasm contagious. Servers Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. and bartender Provider name locked. were darling, in top form and tireless. They arrived hours early and stayed until the last guest was gone and house immaculate.  Provider name locked. was on hand to keep things moving on schedule, etc. .
Meanwhile, the food:  The menu included to-die-for crab cakes, empanadas with organic beef, hummus cups/cucumber, avacado/black Provider name locked. /corn cups, tenderloin on baguette with arugula and creamy horseradish, hot Hawaiian ham and Fontina cheese sandwiches, and on and on. Chef Provider name locked. and and chef's assistant Provider name locked. cooked all food on site, having set up a kitchen in the garage. Provider name locked. even brought a surprise appetizer - fried wontons with lump crab - and specialty mini cupcakes at no additional charge. A very gracious gesture.
I thought it was all smashing but my guests - hard-core foodies - were blown away and said best food they ever tasted. The party began at 7 pm  and lasted till after 1 am. Such a joy to wake up the next morning and the house was immaculate, too! I hate to write such a glowing review because the Priceless Catering folks might get too busy and I can't get on the busy schedlule. It's a Provider name locked. I will take. This was the best catering experience I ever had and the party was a smashing hit.
Thank you, thank you to Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. , Provider name locked. and Provider name locked. .

  • Terrible. Provider name locked.  catered a housewarming party for us  two years ago so we called them again to inquire about using them for a Christmas party we were hosting in our home on Saturday, Provider name locked. . 7th.  On Nov. 18, Event Planner Provider name locked. responded to my inquiry. We discussed my event, and she quickly forwarded menu options.  On Nov. 21, I made menu selections, book wait staff, signed a contract and gave a deposit of $970.00. As our guest list grew to 43, I called and increased the food quantities and added an additional server. Total Contract Amount was $2,991.00
Our event was scheduled for Sat. Provider name locked. . 7, but on Provider name locked. 3, the weather forecast turned very serious. A winter storm was due to hit Dallas late on Provider name locked. 5 with forecasts of sleet, freezing rain and  sustained sub-freezing temperatures. It became obvious that these conditions would make driving extremely hazardous if not impossible. Regretfully, we decided to reschedule our party. I e-mailed Provider name locked. early on Provider name locked. .4 advising of our decision to reschedule our event, possibly to the next weekend.  She advised according to our contract any cancellation would result in a forfeit of our deposit ($970), and, in addition, we would be responsible for the cost of the service personnel; another $780.00. This meant we would be out $1,750.00 for absolutely nothing. I explained that I understood the contract, but surely extenuating circumstances such as weather would be taken into consideration; after all, we were not totally cancelling, but rescheduling. I expressed my concern for my guests and further assumed Provider name locked. would not want their employees put in Provider name locked. way by driving in dangerous conditions. She stated they had not missed an event in 24 years.  I was told if I totally cancelled the event by 4:00 they would not charge us for the food portion of the contract. I was upset to say the least. Provider name locked. offered to have the general manager call me later that day.
The GM offered no other resolution. She did say if I wanted to re-book my event right then and there, she would give me "some kind" of discount on the food for the new booking.  My husband and I considered cutting our losses, cancelling the contract, and taking the $ 1,750.00 hit. But after weighing all our lousy options, we decided to go forward with the order.
By the time Provider name locked. personnel arrived at our home on Sat., our guest list had gone from 43 to 10. People couldn't get out of driveways and neighborhoods, and folks were being warned to stay off the roads.  There was even an Oncor Electric truck in front of our house to restore power to our neighbors.  It was a mess.
After breaking up the solid sheets of ice on our driveway, the caterers were able to pull their van in next to the house to unload
the food and supplies  The four service team members were great. I gave them some instructions and they got busy while my husband and I dressed. When I came down the buffet table was beautifully done exactly as I had asked. At 6:00 our 10 guests arrived. We assisted them across the icy street and yard into the house. They each said the trip was freightening, but they felt obligated because they knew the situation with the Provider name locked. company.
I have rambled on, but wanted to give specifics as to why I have rated Provider name locked. as I have. I understand the challenges of running a business; my husband and I are business owners.  Unfortunately, over the years there have been times when we take a hit finacially, but that is the cost of owning a business.  But what we have learned is that being fair and trying to do the right thing pays off far better than taking advantage of a bad situation with no regard for the impact on our customers. I hope this information is useful.
