  • They were very professional. They had trouble getting to one of my windows to clean, so they did another service instead. The only problem was when they went to clean one of my ceiling fans, it disconnected from the ceiling. The Provider name locked. was bad so they couldn't finish that. Overall they did a good job. It might have been a little more expensive than what I thought because I thought the quote included the interior blinds and it didn't.

  • Provider name locked. and her crew have been thorough and professional from the start. I know I can trust these ladies with my home when they come to clean. I had never used a maid service before and was apprehensive about someone having a key to my home, but this crew has come through since day one. My biggest issue was my dogs! I have 3 crazy, cuddly, curious dogs and Provider name locked. have no problem working around them, which was a huge plus. In the past I had hired a lady to come clean, but we learned at her arrival that she was afraid of the dogs. Try playing musical rooms with 3 dogs and a Provider name locked. . i first called around April and Provider name locked. came over to give me a quote. We did a walk thru of the home and I told her about anything extra that needs attention (like wiping down/vacuuming sofas). They always give notice 1 day before arriving and are quick to start once entering the home. I know I can leave a note with any additional chores to be done, such as cleaning an extra window or two with nose Provider name locked. , without any reservation. We usually pay with a check and just leave it on the fridge. Initially, we were only going to use the service while we adapted to being new parents, but decided to keep Provider name locked. as our cleaning service when we found that the time saved has been invaluable. Plus, who doesn't like coming home to a squeaky clean home after a long day at work?

  • I used Provider name locked. for 2 of my houses Move-Out cleanings.
On the phone, I was told 2 employees would clean my first house at $60/hr. They showed up with 3 employees and informed me  it would be $90/hr. I assumed it would make things progress faster, so I agreed. After 2 hours of cleaning, they asked if they could work longer. I explained that I needed the house cleaned. After 3 hours, they were finished, but during inspection of the 2400 sq' home I had to remind them to go back and clean specific details that had already been covered during the introduction and tour of the home.  i.e. vent covers and baseboards.
The 2nd home was twice as small as the first home and again I was informed of their pricing of 2 workers for $60/hr.  When they arrived, there were 3 workers and it was $90/hr.  I informed them that this job shouldn't take long.  It was a very clean house and just needed a final overall cleaning.  Two hours later I received a phone informing me that they needed more time to clean this 1300sq' house.  I asked how much time? They said 2 hours.  I responded with a big NO.  I informed them that it shouldn't take this long and they did not have 2 hours to continue.  I reviewed the process from the last house asking if this was how they do all their jobs, at the 2 hour Provider name locked. , say you need more time and then proceed to get more money? I told them I would be returning to the house and it needed to be completed. When I got to the house, They were miraculously finished cleaning.  I was charged for 3 hours of work at $90/hr + tax. The EXACT same charge as the very dirty 2400sq' home that I used them on a couple of weeks prior.
I explained that this just wasn't acceptable.  After much explanation form the "foreman" of the 3 workers, I wrote the check and told them I felt it was a fraudulent way of conducting business.  She then deducted the tax from the bill.  I called the owner and informed her. So foreman was called by boss and now offered me the "Return Customer Discount." (another few bucks off my bill) The owner called after I left the property and informed me that she wanted my business and did not want me to think bad things of the company.  She said there are some people who can afford their service and some people who can't and maybe I was one of those people. She said she would give me the cleaning for the 2 hour rate (at $90/hr) if that would keep me happy and wanted me to drive back over the the property to void and write a 4th check.
Was the cleaning sufficient?  Sure.  But it seems like they have an interesting system where they send more workers at a higher rate and never complete a job under 2 hours.  If this is the case, then they are correct, I AM  one of "those people" who cannot afford $300 every time I need a house cleaned.
