  • I hate having repair work done on my car, especially transmission work, but my experience with Eagle Transmission was outstanding! The manager, Scott, is a great guy. He is very responsive and very friendly. He also treated me very fairly with respect to the cost of the repairs. He also isn’t one of those guys who will do work on your car just to make money. On my last experience, he told me right off that I was better off not making the repairs. I highly recommend Eagle Transmission!

  • Jordan Towing was professional, punctual, prompt and well equipped to handle the job. Sam called me ahead of time to reassure me he was well qualified to tow my very expensive, very low clearance McLaren P1, and to give me an eta. He arrived 5 minutes prior to the estimted time, and blew me away. He was very courteous and knew more than I did about my own vehicle. I was through my impressed on how efficient he was at getting my dead, fully electric vehicle, started and loaded on the wrecker. He took the time to explain what he was doing, as he was doing it and made me feel like I was helping when really I was probably just getting in the way. Sam was able to get my P1 started and I was pleasantly surprised. He took the time to place a seat cover, steering wheel cover, and floor mat in my vehicle before entering. The little touches went a long way and now I am a customer for life.

  • This company was not able to service me because I wasn't in the Fort Worth area however they were very helpful in providing a name of a company in my area and even the phone number. Very nice gentleman I spoke on the phone. If I was in there vicinity I would definitely use them.

  • I needed a vehicle towed from an impound lot to a repair shop.  The shop, Valley View Car Care in Farmers Branch Texas contracts  with Graham's Wrecker Service.  I called and the staff were very courteous and professional.  They took my information and said they would have a wrecker meet me in approx. 30 minutes.  They were right on time.  Their wrecker was clean and well maintained.  The driver was friendly and courteous.  He loaded the vehicle with no problems.

  • They are a scam operation. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and filed a claim with my bank against them as well. They sub-let their work so you call their number and then the towing agency is a sub-letter. It was a bait and switch-type operation. The dispatcher told me it would be a $55 charge for each item being towed and that they could not tow the camper and the motorcycle at the same time. They said there would not be a mileage charge because it was inside the city limits. Supposedly the tow truck driver went outside the city limits to get between the two addresses so we were charged mileage between the two locations for both trips. The driver also charged us approximately $45 more for each vehicle above what I had been quoted. I was told by the dispatcher that I did not need to be there to meet the driver, because I worked. They ended up meeting my partner there to help load the motorcycle and then charged us for an extra person to get the motorcycle off the tow truck at our house, even though they knew when I called to request the quote that it was a motorcycle they were picking up and dropping off.

  • FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF   My 10' Box Truck was stolen during the night of 9/21/2013.  I contacted them Monday morning, 9/23/2013, to pick it up at the police pound, and take it to Park City Ford for repair after it was found by police.  The female in the office said they would be picking it up in about 1 1/2 hours, I left them with a key, and they would take it to the dealership.   All afternoon, I phoned back and forth to Park City Ford, looking for my truck.  Calling Abbey again, they said they were running late, and couldn't deliver till Tuesday morning.  Call dealership at noon Tuesday, no truck... Call Abbey late in the afternoon, it will be there soon...  Finally, late afternoon Tuesday, truck arrives, but the driver "forgot" to leave the key with the dealership, which would be automatic with any professional.  Dealership calls and says the truck is there, but no key.  Call Abbey, the female says that they forgot the key, and would take it to the dealership asap...  Called the dealership to let them know that it was on the way... Wednesday morning, dealership calls, still doesn't have the key..  So I call Abbey AGAIN.. Where's the key?  what is all of the lying about???  Oh, we will have the key there in 15 minutes...  Dealership calls, we need the key, so I left my work, and was there in 45 minutes with MY extra key.  While I am standing there, in comes the driver, smiling with the key, because it was so funny that he kept forgetting my key...  My Box Trucks are the key to my business, and I own a Million Dollar Company.  I can't believe the unprofessionalism, lye after lye after lye after lye, pathetic trash... Absolutely NO professionalism, absolutely NO honesty, NO integrity, NO respect for the customer, should NOT be in business... RUN!!!!

  • Ron was awesome! My truck was inoperable; the transmission would not engage. First thing he did was climb under the truck.... Came out from under the truck and said "Found the problem. You're missing the little plastic piece that links your stick shift to the transmission. Probably costs about a dollar." Now, check this out: he got back in his tow truck and said "Tell you what. I'm gonna drive over to the dealership and see if I can get you that little piece." 10 minutes later he was back, and said "Sorry. They only sell the entire linkage apparatus. It's about 150 bucks, but they need to install it." He then towed my truck over to the dealership. I asked him "How much do I owe you?" His answer? "Not a thing, sir. The dealership will pay me." Let me repeat that. "Not a thing, sir." Ok. Let me get this straight. You drove across town, climbed under my truck (in July. In Texas.), found the problem, attempted to buy the part for me and fix the truck, then towed me to the dealership, and then told me I don't owe you anything? Unreal. He could have said "100 dollars," and taken money from me AND the dealership, but this is an honest man. What a rare gem. Would I call him again? I wouldn't call anyone else. Ever. (p.s. I gave him a nice tip anyway. Needless to say, he tried to turn it down, but I told him that I would climb in his truck and never leave unless he took it. He sheepishly said "Thank you, sir" and drove away. Kinda restored my faith in humanity for a bit.)

  • Overall experience was great.
Wife?s car wouldn't start on Monday morning. Thought it was due to bad battery, but it wouldn't respond to charge. Wife checked the Angie?s list and found rave reviews with this shop. She decided to call the shop before noon
time on Tuesday and was happy to know they can take the car in... and car was towed to the shop 2 hours later.
Wife mentioned the Lady who answered the call was extremely pleasant and sweet as well as helpful. She actually told wife that
her car may need a new starter (she was right!!!) Owner wasn't able to complete the diagnostic test due to his work load on that day (which was certainly OK with us...) He called the next morning and reported car needs a new starter and a recommended battery services. We gave consent. He had our car fixed within 2 hours. Since wife was home without a transportation, owner was able to send a driver to pick her up and take her to the shop (we live 2 miles from the shop) which was extremely helpful. What a great customer services!!!
I also wanted to give an A+ to the GRAHAM'S WRECKER SERVICES that provided the towing. Wife wanted car to be towed using a flat bed truck and they did provide just that.
    Will use this shop again!!!

  • Big Toe Wrecker Service was recommended to us by our repair shop. When I called the Big Toe dispatcher to have my broken down car towed, everything seemed fine. She took my information and told me the driver would arrive in about 45 minutes. About an hour later, I received a call from the driver to confirm my location. When I told him where I was he said "Oh, I was given incorrect information and I'm going the opposite direction. I should arrive in about 45 minutes." I don't like to assume bad things about people, but it honestly sounded like he hadn't even left yet.

So I waited in the dark, empty parking lot for another 45 minutes or so, after which I received another call from the driver. He said that something had come up, he had to take a call from the Dallas Police Department and that he recommended I call another company. ?!?

I called the dispatcher and she was no help, except that she offered to look up some other companies for me. Now, I don't know what the policy is concerning the police department calls, but really, if he had left to pick me up when they told me he would, my car would have been at the repair shop before the DPD call ever came in. In the end I waited over 2 hours to have absolutely nothing done. The driver called the next morning to see if I still needed a tow. Sorry, not from you!

  • After having a terrible experience with a different towing company the night before which resulted in leaving my car in the parking lot at work overnight, I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised that things went so smoothly and I have put the phone number for Ron'sTowing into my cell phone for next time!

We called Ron's Towing from home in the morning around 7 and the lady on the phone said the truck should arrive within an hour. By the time we had driven downtown to the parking lot where I had left my car (about 15 minutes), the tow truck was already there waiting for us!! The driver was friendly, quick and efficient. He hooked my car up and we followed him to the repair shop. This was such a quick, easy experience that I will certainly use Ron's Towing again if I ever need a tow. Thank you!
