    Park Cities Ford
Not only do the employees at Park Cities Ford epitomize the sketchy, dishonest car salesperson stereotype, but they are downright shady human beings that are solely out to take money wherever they can squeeze it out whether its necessary or not. We had a very minor electrical issue with our car (parking brake sensor), and other than the alert going off incessantly, the car was driving completely normally. We had nothing but issues with the unhelpful, greedy Park Cities Ford team from the very beginning and ended up having to tow our car to another shop in MUCH WORSE condition than it was when we brought it in. We made the initial appointment with the service center over the phone about a day in advance. When we arrived, the person the appointment was scheduled with was not even in the office, and he had not bothered to put our scheduled appointment in their system. From there, we were told to leave the vehicle there to be reviewed and that we needed to pay $174 for the diagnostic work and warranty deductible, and that no further charges would be processed unless we approved the amount they quoted. When the service person called, she explained that there was extensive brake damage and the issue was not simply the sensor, and that the repairs needed would not be covered by our extended warranty, so we would have to pay about $900 out of pocket. We told them not to perform the work on the car, and that we would take it to get another opinion before deciding how to handle the repairs, knowing that the car was driving completely normally, and that there is no way there could be this extensive damage to the brakes as they said (shady). When we arrived to pick up the car after several days of diagnostic work, the parking brake was completely locked up, and the car was not drive-able it wouldnt even move. The car was in a totally different state than it was when we dropped it off to get diagnosed, and now the damage was much, much worse. Because of the way everything happened, it truly seems like the dishonest, unhelpful staff at Park Cities Ford caused this extensive damage to our vehicle after we decided to take it elsewhere so that we would feel cornered and obligated to hand over additional money. As we were getting our car towed to another shop for a second opinion, we discovered that the team at Park Cities Ford had actually mischarged our card, taking out $722 extra dollars work that was clearly not done and explicitly NOT approved on our end. What an incredible experience with a world-class group of shady, low-down thieves. If you ever find yourself being forced to have any contact with this dealership, do yourself a favor and simply drive your car off a cliff instead it will be much less painful.

Currently still making payments on my truck that has problems from the date I signed my contract. At 1st was told it was minor repairs and they could have their mechanic fix it and the problem would be solved. Still they added the bill to the back of my payments, but the transmission was never fixed along with the thermostat housing wasn't fixed and had to take my truck to North Dallas Imports to see exactly what was repaired. The mechanic from another company (North Dallas Imports) stated nothing had been fixed and now I'm without transportation until I can get the truck fixed for $5000.00. I informed SP Enterprise they didn't do the repair's and lied about the work they were charging me for, but still they want payment each month knowing the repairs hadn't been done. This company doesn't have a mechanic to fix the car's/trucks that is knowledge of the cars it sales. Not to mention, the owner (Steve) isn't reliable when it comes to answering for the repair shop he has, and cons you into believing the vehicle is good to drive.

Excellent quality and very fair pricing. I had a significant amount of body work and a few repairs done. The quality of the work was excellent and Mike and his crew could not have been easier to work with. Their pricing was very reasonable I had had a previous quote from a well known long time Dallas shop that was almost three times more expensive. My car is difficult to find parts for due to its age and they handled that problem easily. I highly recommend Auto Clinique as one of the best body shops I have dealt with in Dallas and their repair work is tops as well.

    One Stop Automotive
I went in to One Stop Auto thinking my McPherson Struts were bad. Brandt took the time to go on a "test drive" w/me to make Sure. Sure enough, from something he heard on the test drive, he put it on the lift and then walked me out to the Bay to inspect what he had found. This SAVED-ME untold pain in possibly having replaced ($990) the Struts at the dealership and NOT having fixed the Problem! This Service Shop is "One-of-a-Kind" and in a Very Good Way! Service was done in about 2hrs after diagnosis. My HHR has never sounded so quiet. I am Totally SOLD on this Place!

    Japanese Auto Repair Specialist
The technician fixed the first issue while I waited, as I expected, and ordered the parts for the other two problems. The pricing for the parts and labor was very reasonable. The technician inspected the car thoroughly and produced a very helpful inspection report that serves as a useful reference. The waiting area is spacious, clean and professional, with a good array of magazines along with a big spiffy TV screen and Keurig coffee maker. I was very comfortable while waiting for my car to be serviced. I recommend this shop without reservation.

AAMCO Transmissions and Total Car Care
David, store manager, said for $50 he could do a diagnostic to see why it is jerking. Said it was the 3rd and 6th gear. Tried restarting it and did not solve problem. So then said for $475 he could take my transmission apart to see why the gears are jerking. I agreed. I waited a few days and called and asked if they found the issue and he rambled about finding parts. Told me I would need another transmission it would cost me $3-$4K. I said no way am I paying that and requested my car be put back together. 4 days later I paid the money i agreed to and he said my car wasn't going to work now because when you put the transmission together again you can't put it back the same. When i got in my car, it jerked when i had m foot on the brake, it jerked very aggressively, got stuck at 20mph. I stopped at a light and my car stalled and my battery light, oil light and transmission light came on. I had to put the car in park, turn it off, turn it back on and it started again. Took my car to my friend's dad's shop and they said " they lifted it up in the air and can tell the differential is leaking and they must have shattered it when they took it apart/put it together. They said they don't have a choice but to replace the transmission and differential which will be the $2500. Retail is about $3800 because the differential is part of the transmission but another part" Because of David at Aamco in Plano, I had to get my transmission replaced. Do not go there. They lie to your face.

    Christian Brothers Automotive-North Dallas
I called them from Houston and they talked me through what the problems might be and told me that they would look at the car whenever she could get it there. They checked all the systems and replaced the battery terminals, but didn't try to sell us a new battery since it was under warranty from Autozone.
