  • He's wonderful!  He's one of the kindest doctors that I've ever known -- and I've seen many doctors!  I've never had anyone as compassionate, caring, and who listens so well.  He's the best!  It's easy to tell that he's just a good man.  The staff are great too, and the office runs very well.  I'd definitely recommend them in a heartbeat.

  • Provider name locked. is great - he does a thorough diagnosis of the problem and will give you his professional opinion. He'll explain to you how acupuncture works without woo-woo explanations. He uses the trigger point system, which is well tried and tested. His technique is a bit scary - he pops in the needle (which is mostly painless), and then works the area by twisting the needle for a few seconds. Usually I get pretty substantial muscle twitches and release - it's scary for me, but then I immediately feel deep relief - so I keep going back!

My only complaint with Provider name locked. is that he will go on about his personal life a bit more than necessary at times, and I wish he would rein it in a little bit. I don't really mind, but I can imagine that someone who is experiencing difficult stuff will have a harder time opening up if they don't think their therapist is totally focused on them. But really - that is only a very minor complaint.

I have referred several people to him for back/neck problems and they have also all raved about his abilities!

  • The doctor takes the time to figure out what is wrong, and comes up with different options of things to try. He is thorough and goes into a lot of detail. He helps you to research and understand your problems. He does have a dry sense of humor that takes a little getting used to but that's fine. The staff gets you in fairly quickly.
