  • I saw Dr. Provider name locked. about removing a ganglion cyst on my right wrist. He was very professional and took time with me to answer any question I had. He seemed young, younger than me! But his confidence and knowledge won me over. He cautioned me that removing the cyst would be a major surgery. I was ready to proceed with surgery but he cautioned me to wait a month and see what I would decide then. I knew what I would decide! A month later I went back and told him I wanted the surgery; the cyst had been bothering for almost 5 years and I was ready to be done with it! I was able to have surgery a couple wks later. He walked me through how he would do the surgery and how he would pull the skin together on the wrist to see where the natural creases were. He then made the incision in a natural crease so in about a year the scar should not be noticeable much at all. The lady who checked me in was just the sweetest thing.

  • The office staff was pleasant and helpful.  The surgery went exactly as planned and even was over sooner than expected.  There was a call to our home the next day to check on his progress.  Follow up therapy has gone exactly as we were told it would.  Overall, a very positive experience.

  • I had an initial meeting at an ER about my growth. I then met with the doctor at his office and a surgery was scheduled. I was nine months pregnant and I did not want to bleed all over my Provider name locked. (my growth would burst and bleed daily for app. 15 minutes each time) and I was assured the surgery would work. The surgery was painful and I had to meet with a therapist multiple times (I had to have a skin graft). I was released by the doctor on a Friday (the scab was about to come off). By Sunday the scab was off and a new and larger tumor was underneath. After the first surgery was unsuccessful it took me many months to get back in (I called and expained why I needed to see the Dr. and it took them almost two months to get me an appointment). Then, on the day of my appt., I waited over an hour to see the doctor. He scheduled an MRI and then eventually another surgery. This was a LONG process (many weeks between the MRI, seeing the Dr. again to review the MRI and the second sugery). I had to go to the doctors approximately 10 times in the second stage of the procees (I had a Provider name locked. at home). It was painful and exhausting, however the growth was removed. I still have severe sensitivity in the finger and the tip of my finger is gone. The major problem came in the billing. For the second surgery I was billed five times the amount of the first surgery. I was astounded at this because I had paid for one surgery that didnt work (of no fault of my own) and they were charging me a huge amount for the second surgery after all of the trouble I had been through. I attempted to pay $25 a month toward my bill (I had to pay the surgeon and the surgery center at the same time...so I was really paying $50 a month). This is all I can afford. I am a teacher with a Provider name locked. and I have a lot of bills. The Drs. office refused my payment and told me they were going to send me to collections. Not only did they put me through months of grief and pain (taking care of a Provider name locked. with a bloody growth that they had failed to remove, and then a second surgery with a Provider name locked. at home) but then they charge me for a second surgery that I feel they should have picked up the costs after my insurance paid their portion. While the Dr. and staff at the facility were friendly to me, I will never go back. I feel they have a poor business model and do not care for their actual patients or the struggles they put them through.
