  • This guy is an absolute quack! I was referred to him for treatment of bruxism and all he did was try to sell me appliances. He charged me $1,500 for a bite plane that costs him maybe $50 to make. He then tried to up-sell me another a device for sleep apnea- the cost, $3,000! This dentist is not legitimate- steer clear unless you want to watch him bouncing around and rubbing his genitals against the door frame when he is talking to you

  • I was impressed by the doctor's skill level and professionalism along every step of the way. He explained everything he was doing and the technology used was impressive and vital to the extremely positive outcomes. Although the procedures were not pleasant, the IV sedation and post-op pain management made everything tolerable, and it is obvious Dr Cook is very concerned with not just the surgery but the well being of the patient

  • Dr. Straka and his staff were very friendly. I was very nervous and they did a great job of explaining everything to me and putting me at ease. Dr. Straka gave me prescriptions at my consultation appointment so I was able to have them filled ahead of time instead of immediately after the surgery. The procedure went very well. I did not need stitches and did not need to take anything stronger than ibuprofen. I was tired and nauseous after the surgery but by the next day I was back to normal. Dr. Straka even called to check on me later that night and to make sure I didn't have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Straka.

  • He prepped me for a tooth implant, and Dr. Loveday did the implant. In addition, to the dentist, Dr. Beth Loveday the entire staff is friendly and the best that I have seen at any other dental office. I could not recommend them more enthusiastically.

  • The procedure and recovery went very well. As before, the OSC staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They even responded to my ramblings as I was anesthetized! And Dr. Stern called me personally during the weekend to see how I was doing. I would highly recommend Dr. Stern and the OMSC for any oral surgery an adult or child might need.

  • The Dental Board found fault with how Dr. Kvitko handled my dental problems. He has been under review by the dental board more than once. After a year and one-half my new dentist is fixing the damage Dr. Kvitko did to me. I trusted him at first. He can easily fool people. He did as many procedures as he could in a short time frame many of which I found out through a second opinion I didn't need. $5,000.00 later I was left with no molar after he said I needed a crown, 3 root canals and an apocectomy which I didn't need. I have more pain now than I went in for. What a nightmare. I still have pain in my cheek that doesn't go completely away. He cut into my gum and did a root canal that way. Severe pain and swollen when I left. Didn't get pain medication till hours later. They didn't call it in and I called hours later and they didn't call it in and I called again and finally got the medication. The apocectomy did not heal correctly and he kept cutting it open and adding cadaver bone on 4 occasions. He broke off my molar as well trying to take off a crown that he had installed incorrectly. Snapped off the molar at the root and had to extract the whole tooth. I asked for $3000.00 back. I had my husband go in and handle it but we didn't receive a dime and he said he was proud not to have ever given money back to anyone. He is very arrogant and has an ego. Everyone I have talked to agreed. He is arrogant to the point of doing harm to patients. He is rough and has bad, bad judgement on how to proceed. I wonder if he learned how to do these things on the Internet. I want to see diplomas that say he can do these procedures. I doubt he has any. He told me doctors just showed him how to do some of these unusual procedures. The assistant said she had never seen him do the apocectomy and stitching in cadaver bone 3 times to save it when it didn't heal correctly. After all of this I was just so sick and couldn't get out of bed. My oral surgeon stated that this was the worst malpractice he had ever seen and if anyone needed to be reimbursed I should be. My second opinion which is now my dentist was shocked and told me to never go back. The oral surgeon agreed. I saw both people within days of each other. My dentist was that concerned and got me to an oral surgeon to get his opinion as well. Dr. Kvitko should have sent me to an oral surgeon and paid for his mistakes they both thought. I got letters from then and got a lawyer. In the state of Ohio the laws are very sketchy as to what is a level of good care. I was pretty shocked. I know dr. Kvitko knows this as well. This is not his first rodeo. 90% of the cases in the State of Ohio are lost in dental suites because pretty much if you can't prove your life was at stake no money is awarded. There is a great allowance of pretty bad care in the State of Ohio Laws in dental care and Dr. Kvitko knows he can get by with it and has hurt many people both physically, emotionally and taken far more money than he deserved for the procedures he performed. I feel sorry for the college students and chldren that go there. I was given many injections of novicane and my heart raced. It was 4 doses in 4 hours. I don't know if this is dangerous or not. and He worked on me once a week for 4 hours each about 3 times. My oral surgeon said this was too much in the span of a month. The body just needed to heal and rest and take things more slowly. I realized he was trying to get as much money off of me that he could. I feel very used. Dr. Kvitko also said he gave a concoction of codeine cough syrup and another medication to sedate children. He wanted my children to come to his office. He kept pushing that. God have mercy on his soul. He is doing bad bad things and taking advantage of people. God help us all if anything happens to a child in that office. he is reckless. Beware. He fooled me too!

  • The procedure was completed in 45 minutes. I had unusual circumstances that required different methods than normal. I suffered no unnecessary pain; very pleased at the speed and efficient process. I had nine damaged, shattered teeth removed. Dr. Stern discovered infection that had done additional damaged; he removed the infection and cleaned the area. I strongly recommend Dr. Brian Stern and his excellent staff. I was very anxious about this process, but didn't need to be.

  • My son went into the office and they fitted him with the retainer. The staff is very nice and they do a great job. The office is very clean. My family has been going to this office for years and I would also give this Orthodontist A's across the board.

  • It goes very well. I have been seeing them for about 30 years. They are a very well established practice. The staff is fine. They know what they are doing and are very friendly. I have always had good experiences with them.

  • His staff was very friendly and efficient as was the doctor.  Only concern was the wait time for the initial consultative appointment which appeared to be due to some unplanned delays.  His nurse was very attentive.  She made note that my son has a negative reaction to gas provided before surgery and planned an alternative anesthetic that would not make him nauseated, etc.  We were shown a video of why surgery was necessary and what to expect.  Surgery three weeks later went very well.  Started on time and finished quickly without complications.  The doctor followed up later in the evening to make sure that my son was doing well and check to see if we had any questions.  The staff was very friendly, thorough and helpful.  Recovery is going very well to date.
