Absolutely awful! We had episodes of waiting 1+ hours for aides to assist my relative to a bedside potty as she was unable to get up herself. During one stay my relative waited to see how long it would take an Provider name locked. to dump the bedside potty without her asking; it was 3 DAYS. Meals were horrible & food was cold (anyone for fish & sauerkraut?). Never had the same nurse/Provider name locked. 2 days in a row; seem to use a lot of agency people. They charge $350 to transport to hospital (yes, right across the street) for an injection; so I took her instead. Oxygen regulator said it was empty before we left; the Provider name locked. said they were frequently broken. Got to the hospital to find out that the tank was indeed empty. On first stay, we were sent home with no meds or prescriptions; we were told we would have to make an appt with Provider name locked. dr to get prescriptions. Billing problems also - they tried (& were successful) to get my relative to pay a fee that Medicaid said shouldn't have been billed. don't take anyone here!- BRENDA V.
