    R&J Medical Services
R and J Medical personnel are extremely professional and caring. They answered all my questions and provided delivery of equipment needed in a timely manner. The bed was high quality and offered everything I desired for my recovery after surgery. I recommend this family-owned company for high quality service.

    R&J Medical Services
This family-owned business is fabulous. They were knowledgeable and attentive, explaining the product and listening to how it could best fit our needs. They also helped us manage how it best fit our house! Delivery was free, and the price was at or below that charged by similar companies we researched. A terrific place, highly recommended.

    R&J Medical Services
Our first visit and secured name from Angie's list.  Very accommodating and helpful with our questions and providers knowledge of the product.

A return visit with the with wife and resulted in the purchase. Price a little higher than on the Internet (not unusual) but their service ability and location near us closed the deal. A family owned business, location and helpfulness made this a very enjoyable purchase.

I would highly recommend this business for all of your  home health care needs.

    Hook'S Oxygen & Medical Equipment
Both employees were highly professional, knowledgeable, and consultative, compared with the former home-health equipment provider I used. Very thoughtful and thorough. They extended a helpful attitude and extra-mile service that I really appreciated.

    American Homepatient
They can tell if I'm using it or not using it, so they send me emails every once in awhile.  It's for my sleep apnea, I can't sleep at night, I wake up and my oxygen levels are low.  I pay a hundred and fifty a month.  I thought they were ripping people off at that price.  The quality is fine but the office is a mess.

I use to use Home Reach.  They never charged me anything and the only reason I didn't use them again is because they didn't follow  up with your getting new tubes etc etc, they never reminded me of it.  That's the only thing that was wrong with them.

    Apria Healthcare
We've used Apria for over a decade and until they started outsourcing into call centers they was great. Outsourcing was several years back and up until 4 months ago we really didn't have major issues. then we needed a replacement Bi Pap mask, hose and filters for the customer's bi pap machine. after a month and a visit to the local office we finally got the mask. another month went by and we still didn't have the hose and filters. Many hours of time on the phone with Apria over the hose and filter and many different people giving different information and we finally filed a BBB complaint. Someone from the corporate office called and 3 days later we received the hose and filters.
forward 2 months later and the Bi-Pap machine blows up. 2 months of dealing with them to get a prior for a new machine and they drag their feet saying they need more paperwork. Until this day which they now say they need a compliance download. So I called the insurance company and they have no clue what Apria is talking about, yet Apria says it's the insurance company that is holding them up.
I call and three way the call. Apria refuses to talk to the insurance company with me on the phone.
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. I would suggest folks if they need medical equipment to research the different companies before you use the first one that comes along.

    OhioHealth HomeReach Hospice
They are very prompt in their deliveries. They mail them out and they get them here the next day. They are very accurate in what they do. I have some billing questions with them. Their pricing is competitive on one hand. But there is a sort of racket that medical suppliers go through. The prescribing doctor for my sleep apnea equipment is on the staff at another hospital. He referred me to HomeReach and never gave me a prescription for my equipment. So I was forced to go through HomeReach. Then I found out that they are charging about twice of what I could purchase it on the internet for. I could not get a copy of a prescription from my doctor. That has been the only problem I've had. HomeReach is just part of that system, which has affected my presumption of their pricing. With regard to professionalism, they are very good.

They're very good. They communicated very well both on the sales and the installation. They delivered precisely what they said they would do. They were punctual, and met their appointment times. The instructions were very good. They met all of our expectations.

    Homereach Hospice
They supply me with what I need in a very timely fashion. Sometimes they call me to check and make sure that everything is okay. Other times I call them to tell them that my mask is starting to make some funny noises and that I need a new one and they send it to me in the mail and I get it within two days, so it is very convenient. They are pretty easy to work with. I have never been to their office. When they send me equipment, it always comes on time. With regard to communication, they are pretty good. They provide the equipment and supplies, do not do the treatment themselves.
