  • The furniture was delivered on June 9, 2013. I was not that pleased with the delivery person as he sat in the recliner, (without my permission) to show me how to use it. I don't know how clean his pants were, and it was not covered up, when he sat down. Several months after we took delivery, I noticed that one of the reclining chairs appeared to be sagging when I would sit in it. I complained to the Polaris branch store. They told me that the salesman who sold me the merchandise was no longer there, and I should call thier warranty and repair center at 1-855-052-9269, which is in Michigan. I called that number, and they sent a Mr. Provider name locked. Walls (an independent furniture repair contractor) to my home, on Sept. 10, 2013. He took photos of both recliner rockers, and inspected both of them. I told him to set in both of them, in order for him to notice the difference between the two. He agreed that one of them was definitely sagging.
    When I asked him about rendering repairs, he seemed reluctant to do anything, which was too involved. I asked him about replacing the springs. Instead, he stated that he would attach some material to the inside, to see if it would help. It appeared to initially help. However, a short time after he was here, I noticed the same problem reoccurring. It has been a concern of mine for months. I was reluctant to recontact Provider name locked. , since that time, as the entire experience from start to finish with Provider name locked. , has been most unpleasant.The one year warranty is going to shortly end. The warranty should have begun when the goods were delivered on June 9, 2013. It should not have commenced when I ordered the goods on May 26, 2013, since I had to wait two weeks for delivery.
    I really don't want a bandaid solution this time. I would like the chair repaired at my home. I don't want the chair removed, and then have to wait for repairs to be rendered. I'm afraid that if I further ignore this problem, the sagging will become progressively worse, and the warranty period will have ended.

  • This is one of my favorite spots to shop for furniture, and always buy more than I plan because so many of her pieces are unique, and very reasonably priced.
