Please keep in mind before reading this review that I was incredibly patient with Provider name locked. and his staff. I wanted this Cabinet brought back to life, so I gave him as much leeway as possible.
Like a lot of folks I purchased a Big Deal from this company back in June 2015 for $99 for $200 worth of repair work. The work was to refinish and restore a Provider name locked. Cabinet that has been in the family for well over 40 years. It had sustained water damage and dry rot to the bottom and back. When Provider name locked. (the owner) came to pick up the Provider name locked. Cabinet he was kind, very talkative, sincere and assured me that he would take very good care of it. We discussed in full detail what the cabinet meant to me and what I expected and he agreed. The first problem was that he never took any notes. He had a copy of my Angies List receipt, but never took one single note? At the time I did not recognize this, but now thinking back, this kind of work is very, very DETAIL oriented.
On October 21st, Provider name locked. called and said the cabinet was finished. Look at the date again. He had it for 4 months. When he & his partner carried it into the house, Provider name locked. asked me if I had the base? I said, "what base? The entire bottom of the cabinet was dry rotted. Remember, you were supposed to replace it and the entire back of the unit. Everything that had water damage/dry rot?". Provider name locked. was dumbfounded. I asked him why he never took any notes and he tried to explain that he was just way tooooo busy to take any notes. I refused to accept the cabinet in its current state and he assured me that he and his crew would fix the bottom. Fast forward 14 days later and he once again delivers the cabinet back on November 4th, 2015. They had LOST the original pieces to the bottom and Provider name locked. himself said that he fixed it personally. He was so talkative that day that it was quite annoying. I pretty much was so frustrated to the point that I just wanted him to leave. Because of his tardiness I was running late for a meeting and left for the day. When I returned home I took a deeper look at the cabinet. Yes, Provider name locked. put some wood trim on the bottom and it looked ok. But to my astonishment the bottom back was still damaged and dry rotted? When the bottom door is open you can see right down to the floor. How on earth can you miss this? I couldn't believe it. I'm still in shock. After 4 months and a double return he never fixed the whole thing. A bunch of empty promises. As if all of the above weren't bad enough they CUT the wire to the light. The light that worked perfectly fine when Provider name locked. picked it up in June. I immediately called Provider name locked. and have not heard back. I called again and no return call. Just an absolutely horrible experience. I hope I can post pictures because it doesn't do justice just to read this review. Pictures tell all.
I really feel like I was robbed. It's a horrible feeling to be taken for a ride from this man. He should be placed in the PENALTY BOX FOREVER.
My intent now is to try and get at least half of my money back as I now have to take it to someone else to fix all the details he missed and have the electrical wire reconnected.

The finished product looks beautiful. He did a fine job. No complaints. The total price was $343, but the Angie's List deal gave me a $101 credit, so it cost me $242 out-of-pocket for the reupholstered chair..

Our kitchen chairs were absolutely on their last "legs". We were afraid every time we sat down on them that we'd be on the floor.
They were falling apart.
We were given our kitchen set by a Provider name locked. friend's parents who had bought it when they first got married so it is at least seventy five years old. It has lasted us through five children and seventeen grandchildren and we hated to give it up. Many Easter eggs were colored and Christmas cookies constructed from this table and chair set.
