Good experience from beginning to end. The floor looks amazing and all the cracks and chips are repaired and covered. The installers were experienced and efficient and did a great job. We had them cover the apron between the garage floor and the drywall which gives the garage a very finished look.
I would recommend Provider name locked. Flooring if you want to upgrade your garage flooring.
We finished the garage with cabinets by Closets by Design.

You get what you pay for and these guys are the best. Clearly explained process and estimate. So many options and colors to choose from. Came in a little under the estimate too!
If you are thinking about cleaning up your basement and protecting the floor, this work in a no-brainer.

This provider called to inform us that he would be a day late. This was slightly inconvenient as we had rented a truck to store the contents of the garage. In the end this cost us two extra days of rental. One day for being late and the other day because the job was not completed on time. This also changed the vacation day that I had requested.
Provider ground the floor and applied a filler product into the cracks and salt damaged areas.
<Provider name locked. >After the filler product dried, which carried on into the following day, the floor needed to be reground to a flat surface. Instead of using the large surface grinder as previously done, they used a small hand grinder. The hand grinding left the floor uneven in appearance and not finished looking.as a normal garage floor would look. This was really apparent after completion and we could walk on the floor. <Provider name locked. >Then the provider applied the clear finish coat. The job was then complete. Provider name locked. >
<Provider name locked. >We made mention that the finish coat did not appear even because the Provider name locked. was not uniform all over the two car garage.Provider name locked. >
We waited the required time plus an additional day before replacing the contents of the garage.
The appearance of the floor never changed and still looks streaked as if there was not enough clear coat applied in large areas.
We started calling and leaving messages for the provider to set an appointment to come and inspect the floor. He finally called after about a week and set an appointment for the following Saturday, he never called or showed up for the appointment.
That is the last thing we know of. We have made repeated telephone calls for two weeks but no one ever answers or returns messages.
We finally called the home office for Rhino and they told us that they had numerous other complaints about this particular individual and that they had even tried calling him.
On the literature that the provider gave us there were two different addresses, each claiming to have a suite number. These were not office suites as implied, but merely UPS post office boxes.
We were supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately the warranty obviously means nothing.
