    It always goes well. I've used them for years because they do a good job, they are punctual, and their prices are low. I've never had a problem. Also, I use the alternations department. Last year we needed a prom dress altered in 24-hours, and they accomplished that. Fitting was excellent.

    Awful. After some years of decent service, the company accepted a large order of women's designer clothes and still has not returned them. No clothes returned yet, no apology, blaming the customer, multiple conflicting stories about what happened to my clothes. Avoid this business.

    I first went to the web site and tried to open an account so I could get the free pickup and delivery. The web page application was broken and I could not complete the process. So, I went to the store. The clerk was friendly and asked me if I wanted free delivery. I said yes and told her that 2 of my neighbors already use your service. Just then a young man walked up and said that the home delivery service is only for regular customers and that setting up an account is too expensive for a small irregular customer. I was shocked by that response. setting up an account would take 5 minutes and use about a penny of computer time and memory. I assume that young man was the local store manager. He should be fired and you need to get your online application fixed.

    When I first went to pick up my sweaters I saw that many were never cleaned. I asked them for a redo. The girl at the front counter took them all back and marked them. 1 month later I went to pick them up again and Mr. Charles was there and he refused to do them. They had just sat in the office for 1 month and no one had called me. He said he was not going to do them, then with no explanation he said he would have them done by Thursday (2) days, then I came back in 1 week and he again said he was not going to do them and that I was to take them and not come back.  He had been the one who told me he would do them and that I was to bring in all my sweaters that had been smoked damaged in the car, and that he would do them in 2 bunches.  He went back on his own word, then treated me very disrespectfully in front of his high school son working there, and was never like this before. I had been going there for 20 years.  I was very shocked, very hurt, and now don't know where to go to get cleaning done that is affordable and with quality. He was simply irrational and a poor role model for his son. I believe this should be reported to the BBB at the very least. You just don't go back on your word and do business.

    The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. I think it was the owner who assessed the spots and said he could try one method, and if it didn't work, try another. He was more than willing to give it a try. When I got the call to come and pick it up (they would have delivered it if I'd liked) the spots were totally gone. They had tried one method, which was partially successful, and then to get all the spots out, used another method. I was very, very impressed and very happy, because I've worn that dress to two sons' weddings, and really like it. I am thrilled to have it clean again. AND it only cost $20 for all that work! I am beyond impressed by the friendliness of the staff, their expertise and the incredible value they provide. WOW! I would highly recommend them!

    Everything went wrong. The toggle hooks were faded, the buttons were dried out, and the coat was shrunk. The coat feels really light, and the hood is really small. I even took it to the store that sold it, and was told that they had possible applied too much steam when cleaning. When I informed him of all the issues, he got every upset, and seemed to get fixated on the amount the coat cost, instead of fixing the problem. I had talked to various people, who had recommended a few solutions to fix the issues. I would've been fine with him fixing the problem. Instead, I'm without a coat, and he's upset.

    The owner lost the suit jacket to a navy blue business suit, when I asked about it she stated that she had never lost anything before and that another customer must have it. She asked me to check back in a week or so, which I did. When I came back she said that a customer out in Marysville had it and that it would be another week before he returned the item. So, I came back in another week and she still didn't have it. After checking in a few more times, I heard her tell another customer that was missing his pants that someone in Marysville had his item. At that time I asked her to cover the cost of a replacement suit (since the color would be hard to match with a new pair of pants). She agreed and said that she had insurance for it and to bring back the receipt. I did, she took the receipt, and wrote me a check. The check promptly bounced and I was charged a bank fee for the bad check. When I confronted her she stated that her insurance agent had told her not to write a check and that they should contact me. I have never heard from her insurance, nor have I been contacted. I tried to confirm that she even had my contact information that I had left her (she did not and could not produce my phone number). At this point, I opened a case with the Better Business Bureau which she ignored and did not respond to so it was closed by the bureau. I asked my neighbors if they had used the cleaners and it turns out that she had lost multiple items from other people, a purple comforter, pants, shirts...etc. This is a very poorly run business and I would not recommend it.

    Two weeks ago I took back 3Tee shirts and a pair of pants and informed them that I was no longer going to use their business and I wanted my money back. The manager made lame excuses.Insisted he could not refund my credit card and that the owner would have to mail me a check. It never came. I went back in, and said if I did not get reimbursed by this week, I would write a negative review.

    Rainbow Dry Cleaners
    This is the second time in a year that Rainbow has "misplaced" one of my shirts. How on earth a company with onsite laundry can misplace a shirt once (which I would classify as a mistake), is a mystery to me. Losing a second shirt is simply a demonstration of gross incompetence. To their credit, they gave me a credit for the first shirt which I used on further services. The second shirt issue is not yet resolved, but I would highly recommend avoiding Rainbow. I have used other cleaners throughout the area for years, with no mishaps. I plan to find another competent service to use. It is simply not worth the hassle of dealing with Rainbow. I seldom write reviews, but I thought this one was needed to help other Angie's List members avoid inferior service.

    Grandview Cleaners
    I had been using a low-cost cleaner, but decided to give Grandview Cleaners a try with my tux pants and white dinner jacket. They result was a quite noticeably whiter jacket and removal of some soiling the other cleaner said they couldn't remove. They are not the cheapest, but they do a better job.
