  • It did not go well at all. I missed my appointment and called back to reschedule. I was told that I owed a certain amount because of the missed appointment. I gave the lady on the phone my card information and paid the required amount. Then I asked for another appointment date. She gave me a date 3 months out. I told her that that was too long and that I needed an appointment sooner than that just like she had given me the first time. She said there was nothing she could do. I asked if she had a list to put me on in case someone cancelled. She said they had no such list. Then I told her that I felt I was being punished and that it wasn't fair since I had already apologized and paid the fee for missing my very first appointment. Then she told me that her company no longer felt comfortable having me as a customer and that I needed to go elsewhere. Unbelievable! I hadn't even made it in the door and their service was already so poor. I would not recommend this facility to anyone.

  • I missed the very first scheduled appointment and called back to reschedule. I was told that there was a charge for missing my first, very first appointment. I immediately paid the fee even though there was no previous agreement to do so, i was just being myself, having intergrity. The lady on the other end took my money and then offered a date about 3 months in the future. I told her that that would not work for me since it was too far. She told me to go to the emergency room if it was so urgent, but said that was the earliest date they had. I told her she was just getting back at me for missing an appointment. She then told me that her organization no longer feels comfortable accepting my son as a client and that i should go elsewhere. I believe i was spared the ineffective services of this company. All they want is money at any cost. They got some of mine for doing absolutely nothing. I didn't even have a chance to set foot there.

  • I'm greatly impressed with Dr Saribalas. He is very thorough and uses every means at his disposal to help come to an accurate diagnosis of your case. He listens well and asks relevant questions and is willing to think outside the box.

  • I took Tarot classes from Jenny with a friend of mine. I could not have asked for a more perfect introduction. Not only did we learn the major and minor archana but we reviewed the influences of numerology, chakras, the elements, and so much more. These were a series of classes that focused on the intuitive method of reading Tarot. Using my inner knowing to read Tarot and learn how to tell a unique story. This class was just wonderful and what made it wonderful was Jenny.

  • My experience is great, she is non judgmental, she listens and reads back what you say and helps you discover what you are going through from an outside perspective. After each session you really feel refreshed and a burden has been lifted.

  • It was a very distressing experience. She attacked me verbally several times. With no evidence, she accused me of having anger issues and of not being honest. She verbally berated me several times in front of my boyfriend, and in a very aggressive manner throughout an hour-long session. My boyfriend going along with her behavior was one of the reasons we broke up shortly thereafter. Although our relationship was not perfect, it had possibilities, but this traumatic experience pretty much ended our relationship. Although this event was many years ago, I was scarred by this experience. Her behavior struck me as un-called-for, unkind, and, frankly, a bit unbelievable. Why would she verbally attack a woman she had never met before that hour? It was a scarring experience, and I think others should be aware of it.

  • I see her once a year, just to visit --just to keep up and keep her as my therapist in case I need her for something. It is like my yearly check in. Actually I like to go see her; I would like to hang out with her. She is fantastic. Her approach to therapy, treatment and mental health is different from anyone I have ever seen before and she is excellent with children. I highly recommend her for family therapy, marriage counseling and for children. I would not send a kid anywhere else.

  • Dr. Gallypuddy was very nice and attentive to my needs. Nurse Shelly checked in on me and made sure to answer any questions I had about the medications I'm taking. The wait time was minimal. They even gave me a work excuse so I could to work afterwards. These people bend over backwards to make sure you're taken care of.

  • The doctor was 15 minutes latt, although my wait time has never been more than 15 minutes. I was pleased with the selection of phamplets and magazines on the subject of psychology versus "Sports Illustrated" or "Women's Day," although the aforementioned magazines were available. As to a review of the waiting room at Central Ohio Counseling: The furnishings are somewhat dated, albeit sufficient. The building is not new by any standards and reflects the Older Worthington Ohio charm. However I would suggest a re-configuration of the receptionist desk and work flow for the Professional Staff. Patients have the ability to view the papers laying on the wide receptionist desk. The waiting room and receptionist desk are in one big room with low ceilings. Because there is no background music, patients can hear conversations with the staff. And, the receptionist/s desk appears to be a source of information for the Professional staff too, as they scurry behind the desk. Thisc in my opinion is unsettling because one wonders why their Doctor or Counselor does not call their name. That bothers me. Perhaps the professional staff could acknowledge their patients with a smile and say I'll be with you soon." As to a review of Christopher Nadorff Psy.D.: I appreciated Dr. Nadorff's ability to prescribe the proper medications and supplements. His decisions were based on a review of my diet, supplements, physical exercise and relational interactions. These components are important to me in my journey toward optimal wellness.

  • I am seeing Brandon Kelly from Ohio State University and he is excellent. They interact with my husband very well. He has been given a misdiagnosis elsewhere and they figured out the real situation. I took awhile to get the apppointment but that's sort of normal with specialists. The treatment wasn't totally effective but that wasn't their fault. They did what they were supposed to do.
