We had the Cardioversion Nov. 4, 2014 & it went well. It got my heart beating @ a (normal) 60 bpm.
My son was there with me. Dr. Provider name locked. went to the waiting room & spoke to my son about the procedure. If my heart starts beating too fast again I feel confident that Dr. Provider name locked. will work with me to find a remedy. He takes an interest in his patients & all the employees of Ohiohealth work to make each patient's experience a good one.

I have used him for about 2 years. He sits and talks to you. He seems to be very concerned. His office is very nice and I appreciate the way he handles my case. The staff is warm, nice and professional. The office is always full because there are other doctors there as well. He has a good reputation. Another doctor recommended him to me.- Helen M.
My mother has congestive heart failure and had a pace maker replaced in March 2010. She was taken to the emergency room where they found that a lead wire in her pacemaker was fractured. This Provider name locked. to a host of issues with this practice. The pacemaker tech mentioned that they haven't had a reading from her home machine in over a year; that I should re-set the device. After several frustrating attempts to re-set the device, I contacted the device manufacturer's rep, who was able to tell me that we have an outdated device and a new one should have been sent to sync with the new pacemaker!!!!! How are we to know this???!!!!
I left several messages with the "triage nurse" and to date have not received one returned call.
Trying to speak with someone other than the scheduling staff is almost impossible.- VERA J.
