The salesman came to our house in October 2014. He brought a number of samples of cabinet doors so that we could see what they looked like in our kitchen. Provider name locked. requires that you pay the entire cost up front, before the work starts. In order to get the best price, we had to place the order and pay the full amount that day. So we did. Shortly afterwards, a technician came to the house and measured all the cabinets. The salesman predicted it would be 10-12 weeks before the work could be scheduled. We expected it would be after the holidays. In January I called to inquire about scheduling, and received a date of February 2.
The installers, a man and a woman team, came on February 2. They completed most of the work in two days. However, six of the cabinet doors were damaged in shipping and had to be re-ordered. The installers returned in about 10 days to install the remaining doors. One door was incorrectly installed; it was in the corner and wouldn't open far enough to allow the roll-out shelf to work. So they turned the door upside down and put the hinges on the opposite side. That left some drill holes in the door. The installer promised to order another door and come back to replace the one with the holes. We were out of town for a couple of weeks, and when we returned, I called to inquire about that door. The installer came in a day or two with the replacement.
We are very pleased with the result. The kitchen looks great, and the re-facing is of very good quality. It was just a good thing that we were not in a hurry to get the installation completed. The installers were very professional and neat. They took great care to keep dust to a minimum, and they continually vacuumed. When I called the office about scheduling, I got a real person to talk to, and they were quite responsive. We didn't like that we had to pay the whole amount more than 3 months before the work started, but it did not turn out to be a problem. They completed everything to our satisfaction with no hassles.

Horrible Contractor. The quality of workmanship was awful - ceiling and drywall work were very sloppy and unprofessional. I have to hire someone else to come in and correct the work. Bathroom door did not shut properly due to poor hinge installment. I wish I could post pictures of the shabby work. Stairwell is not aligned properly and the trim he damaged was never replaced. Never finished the basement ceiling in its entirety - didn't install an air vent as requested. Did not even paint the bedroom to my satisfaction, which is not picky to say the least. If it requires more than 2 coats - then do it! Not my fault it was priced for 2 coats only. Frequently did not show up to work and claimed they had. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone at anytime. I am a commercial property manager who has worked in the construction industry for over 12 years and know a good/decent contractor when I see one. Being new to the area and taking the word of a relative who used this company was a big mistake. I have never used a website like this to review anything, but once again after looking at the workmanship, or lack thereof, just had to say this. STAY AWAY!!!!

He came to do the cabinets. He gave an estimate for the total job, and said that he could complete it in two weeks. He brought samples, and we made purchases through him. It has been seven weeks now. We have been paying him for the job. We haven't seen the cabinets. He has had devistating events one after the other. He brought in material that was the wrong measurement. I have come to believe that this gentleman, really doesn't know what he was doing. He brought in pieces of materials that didn't match. Also, mixing brass and silver fixtures. They did some of the work. Not really what we chose. There were some that we requested to take back. He isn't doing what we desired or to the degree to which we want. They have brought in our origional cabinets and dropped them off, and never put them back up. We requested some of our money back. He gave us a post dated check. Only to find out that the money wasn't available. We have paid over 6400.00, and continues to request money.- THOMAS H.
