  • For many years, I had bought all my appliances from Clintonville Electric, always preferring the family owned businesses to the large, "big-box" stores, where you generally get high-pressure sales people who don't know what they're doing.  So I was excited that  Provider name locked. Appliances, a family owned business in Columbus for many years, was still around, since CE had closed.
    I was impressed with the way I was treated at their store, by Provider name locked. , who I assume, is related to the owner.  He answered all my questions about buying a Provider name locked. , and he showed me the model that seemed to fit my needs.  There wasn't a "high-pressure" tactic used at all, and I honestly felt that my satisfaction was his number one priority.  The only thing I wasn't sure about was what kind of Provider name locked. I was replacing.  He seemed to think it was a slide-in model, that could be easily replaced with another slide-in model.  Perhaps I should have known more than I did when I arrived, but he seemed pretty confident, based on what I told him, that's what I needed.
    So I placed my order, and was further impressed that the Provider name locked. would be delivered C.O.D., with no down payment required. Provider name locked. called me a few days later to arrange the delivery date, and I thought everything would be OK.
    On the delivery date, the delivery men called a half an hour before they arrived, as I was told they would.  When they arrived with the new Provider name locked. , they told me that my old Provider name locked. was not a slide-in model, but a built-in, and would have to replaced with another built-in.  They called Provider name locked. on the phone, and he said he would get back to me later in the day.  I felt bad that the 2 delivery men came all the way out with the wrong Provider name locked. , but they took it all in stride and reassured me that they would be back once the correct one was ordered.
    Provider name locked. did in fact call me later that day with an apology and an assurance that they would "make it right" with the correct slide-in model.  He also assured me that it wasn't my fault.    It's now been several weeks, and I'm thinking that I will never hear from them and that I if I want a new Provider name locked. , I'll have to buy it elsewhere.  Even though I didn't Provider name locked. any money, I just a negative feeling about the whole thing.  
    I'm sure Provider name locked. has countless satisfied customers and an excellent record of customer service.  That's why I'm more disappointed than anything else that they are giving me the impression that after the mistake, my business isn't important.  If I am wrong, I will be glad to rescind this evaluation.  It's just too bad that it required me to give them a negative review to get things accomplished.

  • Provider name locked. sets delivery policy at the expense of customer satisfaction. They schedule for their sole convenience and don't care how inconvenient they are to the customer. They don't inform the customer of what three hour block they will deliver until the robo call comes in the night before. They also seem to actually enjoy informing customers that they don't ever deliver or provide service on Wednesdays.

    Their delivery people act like they don't care if you are happy or not with the company. I suspect that is because management sets policies that leave them dissatisfied with their work conditions and poor training. Their customer service people are equally indifferent to the customer and do a good job of interrupting when one tries to relate why he is are dissatisfied. They only say things like, "That's our policy, sir" or "call corporate office".

    Provider name locked. is a company that is policy oriented and not customer oriented. They have good pricing but make it up on poor service execution. Buyers beware.

  • I'm satisfied with my purchase. It's definitely an upgrade because I can be in the same room and I'm unaware of the fact that the dishwasher is even running. It's so quiet. It has some interesting features. There's a green light that shines on the floor when the cycle is complete. I ended up going back twice. They had a pretty large quantity and it's a humongous warehouse. I noted where the specific appliances were that I was interested in. I had family members go with me to provide a second opinion and that was helpful. I was pleased to see that they had a variety of brands. I looked at at least 5 different ones before making a decision. It provides choices on the type of wash that I want. I can provide choices on the wash pressure and the drying cycle. It also has a start delay feature or I can choose immediate start. It does a good cleaning job. It doesn't leave anything behind on the dishes.
