  • On both the trip from our house to the Wound Clinic appointment, and from the Wound Clinic back to our house, the drivers were cheerful and friendly. The ride was on time for the trip to the Wound Clinic, and we only had to wait about 20 minutes for the ride taking us back home. Both drivers followed the speed limit and drove safely.

  • The cab service responded to a request for a ride I submitted online 2 hours before I needed their service.  The automatic system called my cell phone when the cab was outside (about 5 minutes early).  The driver was very nice and got me to my destination quick.  My only complaint is that the driver obviously smokes in the cab (not during my ride) and it smelled really bad.  Otherwise, I would recommend this company and use them in the future.

  • Mr. Melvin and his company had been referred to us about a year ago by the Refurnishings store on Mayfield after we had purchased a big piece that needed to come to our home.  His team did such an excellent job at that time, we remembered them again when we had a new job in Y2015.  Mr. Melvin returned all our calls, e-mails, and ensured, the day before the move, the scope of the work and associated details (addresses, # of pieces to move, time range, contact information) were all clear.  Given the number of pieces, we were quoted an hourly rate, a gas surcharge and approximate time for the activities to complete.  We knew going in how many people were going to show, how many trucks, what triggerred the hourly meter to start ticking ( once he got to the first location), ho wmuch this is going to be (and how that could increase - fully under our control) and at what time he was going to be done (gave us an early morning time range). 
    All I have heard from the people at both ends of the move was nothing but positive feedback. Mr. Melvin and his team were courteous, thorough, careful and attentive; that they provided a high degree of accommodation with their ?Yeah ? No problem? responses to moving furniture from ?here? to ?there?.  It is a delight doing business with this team.   He did what he said he was going to do and at the price he quoted us.  No surprises here.  And for that, Mr. Melving and his team have earned our trust and our time to write this review..
     
    If you insist on quality and professional moving and delivery services, at a reasonable cost, then do yourself a favor: call Mr. Melvin.

  • Very friendly and professional.  Pick up (in this case, late in the evening) at the airport and provided ground transport (private transport) to the Eastern suburbs to a residential address.   We've used them more than once;  all well done.
    Both on their website at www.clevelandexpress.net, and on the phone, easy to work with to schedule ground transport to/from the airport.  They offer other services, including limousines.   We like them.
    On time, courteous, and reliable in our experience.

  • TERRIBLE. Worst Limo service I have EVER had in my life.  I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone use them at all.

    In addition to requesting and paying for a private service and getting a shared one, my home was on the way for the other person...and they charged us BOTH a FULL fare! 

    The driver called me FOUR times in the airport, essentially rushing me to get my bags and get out there...NOW I know why, because this other person had been waiting for over 30 minutes!!  This is unethical!

    I am calling the Better Business Bureau and notifying as much as the public as possible via the internet and social media.  They are not an Angie's List service provider...I am filling this report out to give all members a heads up on this service.  Consider yourself warned!

  • Our family has been using Amazing Airport Transportation for years.  Wesley and the crew are always punctual and polite.  Wesley calls 24 hours prior to pick up to confirm arrangements.  I rely solely on Amazing Airport Transportation to get me to and from the airport with everyone of my travels....as well as any family members flying into and out of Cleveland.  I have recommended the service on many occasions.

  • I called several shuttle companies in the Cleveland area and did not have a level of confidence that any would do what they said they would, until I called Shima. From the moment they answered the phone until they dropped us off at our house after the trip, Shima exceeded our expectations. Even though our return flight arrived after midnight, the driver was waiting, as promised/expected, in the baggage claim area. The drivers on both legs of the trip were punctual, friendly and made the travel very easy! The only negative was that I was not told there would be an additional charge for the second location (less than 1/2 mile) nor was it included in the price I was quoted. I only noticed it when the credit card payment was emailed after the trip.

  • Great service! Caring people. We have used Saferides Ambulette for several years and have very been pleased with their service.  They are ALWAYS on time, very flexible if we need to change pickup times and also let a family member ride with our mom on the van.  Van is always clean and nice to ride in.  Prices are fair (less than many of their competitors we have checked out).  Mom rode with another service 2 years ago and they did not buckle her in properly. She fell and broke her leg.  Jim and Bill always triple check seat belts and buckles to make sure mom is safe. They are very nice with her and treat her with respect!  Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services for a loved one.  5 stars and more!!!!

  • First of all, if you call a couple days ahead, you still have to call them again 24 hours to remind them to pick you up. Not once did anyone answer the phone directly. Each time I had to wait for someone to return my call and they are not exactly prompt about it either. It makes for a seriously annoying game of phone tag. This was not a good start. Despite my initial gut feeling, I decided to give them a chance because of all the good reviews I read on Angie?s List.

    After numerous calls back and forth, pick up day was finally here. The driver called to check the house number and say that he was subsequently 15 minutes early. Fortunately, we were ready early, because the situation was handled awkwardly. I was left with the feeling that if I had been ready on time, it would have put him out to wait for me. Being made to feel like I am doing this company a favor is a recurrent theme. As my kids and I loaded our own luggage in the van he stood by watching and talking on his cell phone. He did end the call before driving. He did help unload our luggage once we got to the airport.

    During the initial call to set up airport drop off, I asked if they also service the Amtrak station because that is how we were coming home. He said Amtrak is notoriously late which causes the cab driver to have to get up early for nothing and wait around for hours. I was told they don?t like to work late and then have to come in so early in the morning. He explained that they only have so many drivers and after all, need their sleep! His explanation was unprofessional, but he made a good point. Why not just explain they are always late so I should call when we actually get into the station? I made a mental note- to-self, "Have another cab company number ready when we get back.?

    Alas, it was time to come home. At less than 24 hours ahead of time, I hesitantly dialed the self-proclaimed amazing transportation service. When he called back, he asked me to call back again when it was closer. By their own estimation, we wouldn?t actually get in till probably 5am instead of 1:30am like Amtrak says) so I called around 9pm to remind them, again, to come and get us. He proceeded to ask me to give them another update/reminder when I got closer. I told them to forget about it and hung up in total disgust. I guess they needed to sleep in and needed a wake-up call? I don?t know. If they didn?t want to do it, they shouldn?t have wasted my time. I felt like ?the mom? calling and reminding my teenager to do his chores. A company in the service industry shouldn?t make me feel like I am doing part of the work or that I am doing them a big favor by paying them to perform that service in the first place.

  • Our cab driver was excellent! The roads were snowy and icy. Schools were closed down all over Cleveland and even part of I90! He got us home without worry. He even agreed to drop me off at Giant Eagle and wait so I could run in for a few necessities. We had been out of town for the weekend and we didn't have much food at home. I told him I was too afraid to try and make it out to the store myself. He just laughed and said it wouldn't be any problem. Of course, I tipped him well. He deserved it! wish I could remember his name; I would ask for this guy every time if I had.
