Septic Tank Cleaning reviews in Cleveland

We just had a septic installed after buying a house - our first time with a septic. We needed a rundown of what we can and can't do with a septic system, and also wanted to get set up for maintenance when needed. Called Cole's and they were responsive - called me back the same day. And they were honest - told me I didn't need them for probably 3 years. Even though I wasn't going to become a customer, they still took the time to answer my questions and get me on the right track. Would definitely hire in the future - really appreciated their help!

Underground Connections - Trenchless Sewer Repair
We had an extremely pleasant experience working with Underground Connections and would surely hire them again. I found them to be professional, courteous and most importantly honest. They genuinely tried to help with our situation and did a solid job. I recommend them to anyone that I know who requires similar work. We had a brand new septic system installed on out property and discovered a crack in the sewer pipe underneath the foundation of the house during the process. We could not get the system approved by the county unless we fixed the pipe. We called a few providers who came to inspect and provide a quote but each one tried to take advantage of the situation and gave us quotes that were up to 7 times higher. When I found Underground Connections, I had no idea about the Company. The came in for inspection as promised, did not charge for the inspection which was surprising as I had paid another provider $400 for just an inspection. I received a written quote by the end of the day which was a fair estimate given the work and they told me they could come in next week to do it. The whole process was seamless and we could not be happier. Throughout the process Underground Connections kept us informed on timing and the details of the work to be performed. They never tried to price gouge us or take advantage of the situation in anyway. It felt like I was dealing with someone who appreciated the importance of good customer service.

    North Coast Aeration Systems
Technician showed up on time and repair was completed in a timely manner. Had to wait couple of days for an appointment and the price was about $100 higher than I have expected for this type of project. Otherwise, good company and I recommend them for your septic needs.

They even checked out some stuff when i smelled some odors. He went and checked and there were some debris around a pipe and cleaned it and it worked again and they did not charge us extra. They were in the driveway when i got there.

    WyattWorks Plumbing
Late on a Friday night, out hot water tank broke.  We were resigned to spending the weekend taking showers elsewhere until we could get an appointment early next week.  However, we were very fortunate in contacting WyattWorks Plumbing who sent a technician that same day.  I assumed he would order a new hot water tank and return on Monday or Tuesday to finish.  In fact, Benjamin installed a new one immediately on a Saturday late afternoon and early evening.  He was knowledgeable, skilled, clean, and courteous.  Couldn't have asked for more!  We highly recommend this company.

    Sewer Technology LLC
I first called another company and had them look at the sewer pipe. They came out and told us that we would have a huge sewer project which would cost us $7,500. This would include replacing the entire pipeline.

Sewer Technology LLC came out here and I was honest with him and said that I had another company already out to look at the sewer. He told me that he would take a look and not charge me for an estimate because another company already looked at it. He told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it for $200.00. He is very honest, efficient, and I would recommend him to everyone.

    WyattWorks Plumbing
Whatever would cause someone to hug their plumber after he'd been working on your sewer all day?  Well, I just hugged mine! Wyatt Works was not a company that was known to me prior to having a completely blocked line that threatened to overflow from the basement drain whenever anyone flushed a toilet or emptied a sink. For over a year we had been experiencing sewer smell, drain flies, and other indicators of a plumbing nightmare. We had another company come out to unblock the line last year, which charged us a lot of money before telling us that the hydrojetting they did (with a massive machine brought in on a trailer that vibrated so much it cracked our garage floor)  didn't work - then left. So we knew we had "issues."  Wyatt Works was courteous, professional, committed to solving the problem, and considerate of our yard and our home. Ben is an amazing plumber but most of all, a really straightforward, kind, sincere person. These guys worked very hard, explained everything to me (and again to my husband when he came home), gave us 'bad' news in a highly sympathetic way, and best of all - fixed the problem. They cleaned up, left much less dust than I expected, and were careful to hang plastic to minimize exposure to jackhammer dust so as not to aggravate my asthma. They even noticed that a toilet was running off the hook and fixed it before leaving!  I can't recommend them highly enough.  Yes, it was expensive.  We thought the price was very fair considering that a septic subcontractor was also involved and there was a lot of labor associated with the job.  It's a real relief to know it was done right.  Call these guys, seriously!

    Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland
They really scare me.  They were terrible.  They told me all kinds of things were wrong in my plumbing from the house to the street.  They also told me that it would probably last me for two days unless I spend nine thousand dollars.  I got my iPod out and I showed them how much this cost all over the country like the national average is like thirty-six hundred to do the job they quoted me and they said it's a special environmental loss in Cleveland.  They charged me 650 dollars to clean it and I haven't had a problem since.  This thing that supposed to last me for two days lasted so I'm going on for like four months.

The guy that did the cleaning was the owner. He did a great job and he was a very nice guy. I know he does a couple of houses here so he is very involved in the area. His price was fair. I never had anyone else. I first had him and the company went to him, and so now I have him.

    Kucharski's Septic Tank Service
They are great. They are a local company and are very responsive when I call. They send someone out a soon as possible. They are reasonably priced. They are thorough with explaining the process and other potential issues that might arise. We enjoy using them.
