"My son had an appointment. We were 1/2 hour early for our appointment. I had to bring both boys, at the time the baby was 2. After the 1/2 hour passed, we waited" an additional 45 minutes. Other patients arriving after us were taken back prior to us. Finally, they seated my older son in a chair. We waited another 15 minutes without being seen. The two-year-old was antsy by that time. I gave up and took both boys home without finishing the appointment. I obtained another dentist. No problems with this one.

"My doctor ordered an MRI scan. I wanted to go with a place that my insurance recommended because of the immense cost involved with this type of service. When I called" to make my appointment I was a little disappointed that for the specific type of test my doctor had ordered there were only 3 days a week available. But I got it to work with my schedule and made the appointment for a Saturday morning. When I got there the office was very clean and inviting. The staff was warm and friendly. I was told about the small risk of complications from the contrast, but assured that if anything were to go wrong there was a doctor on site. Then each scan was announced to me prior to its beginning so I knew about how long I'd be lying there. A few days after my initial test, I received a call that the radiologist wanted additional views. I was assured that since their staff wanted the additional studies done that there would be no additional billing to me. As of this time, the claim is still being processed by my insurance so I can not comment on billing.
