"Please see email correspondence below for details of the latest comments. Mr. Terbeek, So let me get this straight - because we are" asking questions on the way our property was handled during the robbery and asking for the company's contact information that did the securing of the property, you are telling me that your firm does not wish to represent our property without even providing us with the answers we seek to our questions? If this is correct, which I sincerely hope not then we would like to speak to the owner of the company. We deserve to the answers to our questions without being told our contract is terminated. It is poor business practice. Please provide the owner of the company's contact information within a reasonable amount of time. Otherwise, we will take action in reporting the company to every agency we can think of for the lack of handling our property the way it should have been handled. If you had not intended on sending the email below to me, then please answer the questions we ask. We are not blaming anyone. We just want to find out why things didn't happen and to hopefully make sure they are taken care of in the future. Perhaps you may be able to enlighten us, since there may be something we are not understanding. The questions are as follows: 1. Why wasn't the police immediately called while your colleague was at the property? 2. Why wasn't each apartment, basement and attic checked for anything that could pose more damage to the property, such as water leaking and ect.? 3. Why wasn't pictures of all of the apartments including the basement immediately taken? 4. Why wasn't the property automatically secured instead of trying to get a hold of us? 5. What would have happened if we were unreachable? 6. Why was the bathroom doors used to block up things instead of plywood, especially with the price being so high? 7. If things were done during normal working hours when it was discovered, then the bill for securing the place may not have been as high. Why wasn't this done? 8. The handyman out there stated that he had experience at other places that have been burglarized. If this is the case, then was wasn't our property handled better? ~Dawn
