"They did an excellent job. My experience with them went very well. They were very professional. One time we got the appointment screwed up. I went in on a wrong" day or time. Other than that they did a first class job. They did what they had to do. There were few times where we discussed the necessity in inflicting so much pain in my body, but I am glad about it. I tell other people who are going to have their knee done that they should work like hell and that it will hurt like hell, but they have to do it anyway. My knee is in good shape now.

"I came in and was evaluated and measured, how bad was the pain? How far could I move my arm? Etc. I was given exercises to perform and was watched by the Physical" Therapy staff. As I progressed, the exercises became more challenging and difficult. At the end of each session, I was put into traction. They put my head in a sling and placed me in a chair that tipped backwards. They wrapped my neck with a moist heat pad and turned on a machine that s-l-o-w-l-y pulled my head up and stretched my neck until I just about couldn't take it, then the machine would release and I would get a moment to rest before it all started over again. I was in traction for about 30 minutes each session. Once I improved and my arm felt better, I was given exercises to do at home and I no longer had to come to the office.
