Awesome Paws Pet Salon Olmsted Falls
Stay away from this place they took out money without performing nearly 20% of service , they said dog could not let them do the grooming but they still charged us , no respect and no honesty by the manager .

The first time I took my dog, it went well though it was very costly. The owner was ver polite. My dog just needed to be groomed. My dog is 45 pounds. She changed around $75 which I thought was very pricey. The second time, my dog had been sprayed by a skunk. I told her that I had tried several treatments and none worked. She said it was because I didn't know how to use them. I had multiple dogs that had been sprayed and had never had an issue. This was the must stubborn smell I ever encountered. She said she guaranteed she could get rid of the smell. $75.00 later my dog still stunk. It may have been more than $75 - it was a while back and I can't remember.

They do a really nice job of making sure he is all cleaned, and groomed up. I don't know how he responds, I have never seemed him groomed. He is nice and cleaned ,and looks better than before. He seems happy afterwords.

I took time off of work to be at home for the appointment -- for 2 days prior I called and texted to confirm the appointment and received no response. On the day of -- I called and texted to see where they were -- no response. A day or two after I received a text message with an apology saying that their truck broke down and it wasn't worth getting it fixed and that maybe they'd be back in business in August. You know, people understand that things happen -- but to not return any phone calls or text messages for days -- or at the first sign of trouble to get a message out to your clients that there is a problem is unacceptable.

They didn't charge extra.Well, they seem to come out smelling; they smell pretty good after the bath. I guess the place is pretty clean. They always come out smelling pretty good. Well, our guy is a little anxious, so he, I don't know if he likes the drying process, but he's a little antsy. He has a little angst. So, he's still a puppy, and he still has his puppy issues. He survived. Like I said, they didn't charge us for that one time. They let us know, and they were responsive. Yeah, they're always pretty professional. Well, the reason they do it if they get too dirty, but we don't actually order baths. Like the other day, I gave it to him myself. We usually do it ourselves.Yeah, we would let them give him a bath if he was there and if he needed it, yes.

I think theyre a little higher than some of the other vets but I know my wife really likes going there. Ive been in there a couple of times and its almost like going into a doctors office its really nice.

The pet owner had to stay to assist. Groomer/Owner made negative comments about my animals. Doesn't seem to like cats very much. Doesn't want to be bothered with complicated dog cuts even though she does them well.

Shampooch was Chewy's groomer for a year while we lived in Columbus.  He received his first grooming experience with them and we were hooked.  Unfortunately, we moved to Cleveland and tried several groomers. None could compare to Shampooch.  Every time we planned to be in Columbus we took Chewy there.  He smells good 3 to 4 weeks after his appointment.  Not sure how they do it but they are WONDERFUL.  My dog loves everyone there and they show love to him and all the other fur babies.

When I called to make the appointment (first time visit) they talked with my about my dog and suggested that I bring him in on a Sunday since there would be less people & dogs than on a Saturday. I have a very large scared dog & Wendy was wonderful with him! He seemed happy & calm when I picked him up.

I was looking for something a little less expensive, but he hadn?t been to the groomer?s in a while, so he was kind of little hairy. They followed instructions extremely well. The lady was just a little put off by the hair in his ears, because he is a poodle and grow a lot of hair in their ears.

The workers were very attentive to him, they remembered his name and friendly with him. They came out when I first came in and petted him and see if he was agreeable to getting groomed. I think they could work on the ear thing, I had to ask the vet to do that, since they had a problem with it.
