  • We were away and the person staying in the house did not realize how sick the cat was as he was hiding.  My daughter came home late at night and realized he was sick.  At that time it was too late to call to make an appointment.  As these are our regular vets, my daughter brought him in at 7 am.  They took home, operated and he remained there for a week receiving treatment.  The cat has now made a full recovery and is happily back home.

  • My cat usually does not do well away from home in kennels.  The kennels at Provider name locked. are awesome!  They are clean and have ample space - 3 stories!  They feed your cat according to your cat's schedule and you can bring your own food or use theirs - which ever you prefer.  They offer a variety of activities for cats including cuddle time and special treats (for an additional fee).  In the center of the kennel area is a large fish tank where cats can watch the fish swimming around.  There are also windows around the outside of the kennel area which make for good bird watching.  I've boarded my cat at Provider name locked. several times and will continue to use their services.  The kennel is clean and staff are very friendly and seem to have care and concern for the animals.   My cat returns home in good shape - albeit a little tired :-)

  • I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because it took several attempts for me to reach someone. I initially sent an e-mail, followed up the next day with a phone call and left a message. Since I was not getting any response, I decided I would call every phone number available and leave messages until I was able to reach someone. Finally, I reached Provider name locked. . We'd talked about what we needed and for how long, and how many visits. He instructed me that he would be in touch the following week to schedule the in home visit. Days went by with no contact. I was growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of contact. My last ditch effort was to text Provider name locked. and asked if they were still planning a home visit and when that was going to happen.  He stated he had been sick, and apologized. The home visit was scheduled and we were able to go over what we needed for our 16 year old dog.

After the initial visit, we were confident that despite the rough start, our dog would be properly cared for. We received status updates everyday, and occasional pictures. Provider name locked. was wonderful at keeping us updated and caring for our girl. She has a genuine, caring nature and that's just what we needed for our old dog. We were very happy with the care she received and would consider using them again in the future.
