  • I purchased a Extra large Amish dog house. The delivery and set up was excellent. I was notified in advance of the time of arrival. Two workers showed up on time and set up the dog house as promised. This company is very reliable and has excellent customer service.  I would definitely purchase again from this company and highly recommend them.

  • I contacted Provider name locked. about re-upholstering two couches.  His first question was the age of the couches - I immediately thought I'd hear about "they are too old".  Actually, it is newer couches that are not candidates for re-upholstery.  The "newer" of the two couches was purchased in 1951.
    Provider name locked. came out to provide a quote.  He provided an estimate of material cost, which would change based on material selected.
    The re-upholstery was being done in conjunction with a living room renovation.  Provider name locked. picked up the sofas at the start of the project.  He had several books of materials from which to choose for the new covering.  The first set of material selections turned out to be no longer available from the manufacturer.  Provider name locked. brought additional books to the house for alternate selections.
    One of the couches is a sleeper sofa.  Provider name locked. worked with one of his suppliers to obtain a new mattress for the sleeper.  (The mattress cost is included in the total price.)
    The living room renovation involved restoring - as much as possible - the room to historical accuracy.  Some unforeseen issues extended the project by about six weeks.  Although the couches were done, Provider name locked. had no issue with keeping them - and, not requesting any payment, until we were ready for delivery.
    When the couches were delivered, they looked great, had more support than before this job.  I'm very happy with Provider name locked. 's work.  I'm planning to have some chairs re-upholstered by Provider name locked. in the next year.

  • This store's product and customer service is awful in every sense of the word. I purchased a bedroom set  from then in 8/2013 which was finally delivered in 10/2013 -yes 8 weeks later! It had to be replaced immediately because multiple pieces of the set were broken, banged up, and already falling apart. It was replaced in November 2013 after multiple phone calls, a BBB report and lots of attitude and issues. We had also bought a mattress and box set from them which they sent us the wrong set. When we went back to the store multiple times, after many arguments we finally saw the receipt in the store and the salesperson had switched the brand we bought for a cheaper one and had them deliver it without our knowledge. After complaining and showing them OUR copy of the receipt and stating what had happened, they delivered a new set only to find that this once again is not the brand we bough but another cheaper version of it. We had to go back AGAIN for this mattress issue. They finally replaced it with the correct mattress after another month of back and forth over the phone and in the store.
     This same bedroom set started falling apart again even though it's "brand new". The wood is separating and CRACKING on both the headboard and footboard. I contacted their new Provider name locked. location thinking I could get some help with this horrible product, and I have gotten nothing but the run around for the at least 3 weeks. A service man finally called me  and asked me to send him pictures in an email?? so he can send it to the manufacturer (after another service person from their store already saw the bed and said it was un-fixable and needs to be replaced). Then, he actually hung up the phone on me mid-sentence when I asked him his name. As usual, customer service is always frustrating and lacking at best with this awful store. I contacted multiple managers about this issue and stated I HAVE HAD ENOUGH and would like my money back. I was told this is not a possibility and I would just have to keep the piece of garbage they sold me. I REFUSED TO KEEP THIS CRAP in my home while it's falling apart. I demanded a refund for this, which of course I did not receive. Instead-after multiple BBB reports, phone calls back and forth with the store and manufacturer, for over 2 months, I was told the only thing I would receive is yet ANOTHER replacement for the bed. The 2nd replacement in under 1 year of use. Unfortunately, I had to takr this as it was the only solution.
    There was so much hassle/ back and forth for so many months from these rude, incompetent, inefficient staff over their poorly made products and horrible customer service. 
    SAVE your money! Go somewhere else!
