  • This store's product and customer service is awful in every sense of the word. I purchased a bedroom set  from then in 8/2013 which was finally delivered in 10/2013 -yes 8 weeks later! It had to be replaced immediately because multiple pieces of the set were broken, banged up, and already falling apart. It was replaced in November 2013 after multiple phone calls, a BBB report and lots of attitude and issues. We had also bought a mattress and box set from them which they sent us the wrong set. When we went back to the store multiple times, after many arguments we finally saw the receipt in the store and the salesperson had switched the brand we bought for a cheaper one and had them deliver it without our knowledge. After complaining and showing them OUR copy of the receipt and stating what had happened, they delivered a new set only to find that this once again is not the brand we bough but another cheaper version of it. We had to go back AGAIN for this mattress issue. They finally replaced it with the correct mattress after another month of back and forth over the phone and in the store.
     This same bedroom set started falling apart again even though it's "brand new". The wood is separating and CRACKING on both the headboard and footboard. I contacted their new Provider name locked. location thinking I could get some help with this horrible product, and I have gotten nothing but the run around for the at least 3 weeks. A service man finally called me  and asked me to send him pictures in an email?? so he can send it to the manufacturer (after another service person from their store already saw the bed and said it was un-fixable and needs to be replaced). Then, he actually hung up the phone on me mid-sentence when I asked him his name. As usual, customer service is always frustrating and lacking at best with this awful store. I contacted multiple managers about this issue and stated I HAVE HAD ENOUGH and would like my money back. I was told this is not a possibility and I would just have to keep the piece of garbage they sold me. I REFUSED TO KEEP THIS CRAP in my home while it's falling apart. I demanded a refund for this, which of course I did not receive. Instead-after multiple BBB reports, phone calls back and forth with the store and manufacturer, for over 2 months, I was told the only thing I would receive is yet ANOTHER replacement for the bed. The 2nd replacement in under 1 year of use. Unfortunately, I had to takr this as it was the only solution.
    There was so much hassle/ back and forth for so many months from these rude, incompetent, inefficient staff over their poorly made products and horrible customer service. 
    SAVE your money! Go somewhere else!

  • This was the third sofa which we tried to get into our downstairs den.  We had purchased three different ones, none of which could be fitted down our stairway.  Fish people found us one that actually worked and the deliverers were fantastic in maneuvering it into place.  Provider name locked. , at Provider name locked. , went out of his way to assist us in our choice.  We are pleased with the quality and the placement.

  • On receipt of the sectional it was noted that the wedge section was approx. 1-1/2" lower that the rest of the sectional.  Provider name locked. sent their technician to our home and he agreed it was a problem and ordered a replacement wedge section.  The new wedge section was delivered and it was also lower than the rest of the sectional.  The technician came again and again agreed it was wrong and ordered another replacement.  The third replacement was also not acceptable so we told Provider name locked. we did not want this sectional or additional wedge sections.  Provider name locked. Customer Service Persons were very courteous and helpful.  We were then told to come into the store and pick out a couch or sectional replacement, which we did.  on Provider name locked. . 19th the new sectional we selected was delivered.  We are very happy with the new sectional and compliment the Customer Service people at Provider name locked. as they were extremely patient and helpful.
