    Integrity Waterproofing
This the second time I used Integrity Waterproofing and I am just as satisfied this time as the last. I noticed water in my basement and Steve came out next day to check our problem. Because our repair was just a small section it was a two day repair. The installers arrived on time, kept us informed about the progress of the fix, were courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend them for foundation repair.

Clink Builders & Contracting Co Inc
I recommend Clink Builders and Contracting without hesitation. Bill Clink is professional, very knowledgeable, honest, and straightforward. Bill is an expert in his field, and his crew is composed of skilled professionals who not only know their trade very well, but are always professional and courteous. The work we contracted Bill to do was complicated, so Id like to go into some detail to describe what Clink Builders was able accomplish. Our home was built in the 1850s and one part of the basement was created in about the 1930s. The wall created in the 1930s was in disrepair with leaning and shifting and multiple cracks and was going to collapse inward. During heavy rains, water would literally pour in through the wall. To complicate matters, our gas, water, and sewer, and electrical lines and breaker box were located along this wall. In other words, the entire wall had to be excavated without interfering or damaging any of those lines. We had consulted several contractors and Bill Clink was the only one who assured us that none of the lines or electric box would have to be moved, and he assured us our water, gas, and electricity would never be shut off during the process. Because of Bills many years of experience and reputation, we chose him for the job and are very pleased with the results. Im not an expert, but it seems to me this was a very complex job. The house had to be supported on jacks, the exterior excavated without disturbing any of the lines, and the wall demolished and removed before a new foundation wall could be put in. Bill and his crew did all of this work without any issues, and the end results are fantastic. As Bill promised, none of our utilities were shut off during the process, and we did not have to vacate the house at any time. We cannot be more pleased with the work. The work done included excavating the foundation exterior, remove existing foundation wall, drain tile work and new downspouts, footer, build new wall with rods drilled into the footer, exterior wall plastered and sealed, seed, fertilizer and straw areas for new grass. Even though over two dump trucks of dirt and debris were removed from our property during the process, our property was left very clean The new foundation wall is very solid, made with 12 inch block and reinforced every 48 inches. Bill put in a new drainage/downspout system and the wall is dry even during recent heavy rainfall. Bill gave us regular updates throughout the job and his crew was efficient, respectful and worked quickly. The entire job was complete in a little over a week. We found Bill to trustworthy, reliable and conscientious. He is thorough and does top notch work. Dottie, who works in the office, was a joy to work with and always helpful and dependable. Its important to note that Bill personally supervised the work and was always available to answer any questions. His crew, which included his son, was outstanding. I highly recommend Clink Builders and Contracting.

    MARK'S CUSTOM MASONRY
We are very pleased with the work. Several houses in this neighborhood have had their downhill wall give way where the cinder block meets the wood (approx. 4' off the ground). The wall bulged out 6-8". It is now 6 years since Mark repaired the wall and it is in the same condition it was the day he installed it. As far as I know our house is the only one on the street to have their wall repaired and stay put. I knew the wall was bulging when I purchased the house and had wall anchors installed immediately to prevent the wall from moving further. About 2 years later I hired a contractor to fix the wall and remodel the bathroom on the inside of that wall. Mark (hired by the general contractor) removed dirt under the house, installed piers on solid ground, refilled the space and installed cinder block where it had been originally. He also repaired the traditional red brick that was cracking at either end of this cinder block wall. His masonry work looked perfect (I've never been able to say that about someone laying tile or brick before, so I was very impressed). He also agreed to have topsoil delivered which he spread in our yard where we wanted it and did a great job of smoothing it out. On the downside I remember asking how he was going to do the work and not getting much of an answer. That made me nervous, but I trusted the general contractor and I'm so glad I did. Mark could have just been having a bad day. I'd much rather have this than a smooth talker who doesn't deliver. (Not sure of the cost for the foundation work since we paid the general contractor.)

    Adelios Contracting Co
Could not have been better. Sergio responded to my inquiry almost immediately, setting up a convenient time to assess and discuss the situation. He arrived right on time and listened carefully as I described the situation, then was clear and helpful in describing the options and about how the job would proceed. When the day came to begin work Sergio and his team were on time and ready to begin. He walked his team through the project, describing what is to be done, talked to me, then left. He left me in very capable hands. I cannot say enough good about the two teammates, who worked so exceptionally well together. Taking steps to protect the property, limit the destruction of shrubbery and did a thorough cleanup. Excavation is not easy work, yet the two men made it look like they could do it in their sleep. They just kept going and going, on to the next task, then the next, until it was all done. Another gentleman came to scope the lines with a camera and he impressed me as well. He made sure I could see and understand what we were looking at and where under ground it was. I wish all service providers ran their company like Adelios Contracting.

Chubb Construction and Basement Waterproofing Inc
I don't think I've ever worked with a company like Chubb. I was given a quote which was a bit higher than a couple of other companies, but covered what the real scope of the work was. This turned out to be a 3 week job with their entire crew and they were phenomenal. from covering the work area to cleaning up every night and everything in between. The owner, Terry, personally intervened when a disgruntled ex-salesperson attempted to cause trouble and threatened us. The job was done perfectly - even our local inspector commented later that most companies don't do this quality of work anymore. If you need any foundation work or waterproofing, this should be your first and only call.

    Mr V's Concrete & Construction
Mr. V delivered the project on time and on budget. He got the Permits and worked to the blueprints, including finding issues that he quickly brought to our attention and then offered ideas to resolve the problems and to stay within the budget. I strongly recommend you ask for his review and estimate for your project. This was the second project completed for us. We will hire him again.

I & R Realty and Contruction (Benny Ingram)
I needed a whole house renovated. He signed the contract to do the job. The job started with new roof being installed with out Permit, unbeknowst to me. Then he divided the 3rd floor into 2 bedrooms, did shoddy electrical work without permit. Did plumbing work without permit. When this was pointed out, he pulled a couple of permits but not all. We agreed on a price. He wanted half up front and then 2 other payments for balance. About 1 week after receiving money from me he asked for another $7000 because I wanted to by light fittings and vanities for the house. He said that he would buy them for me as he could get them at Tradesmen prices. So cheaper than I could get them. All up I sent him approx $42K, but he did only about $8-$10K work before walking off job. Only sms'd me. Did not have the nerve to tell me to my face what he was planning on doing. Anyone dealing with this man be aware, he is a crook and a con artist, a swindler. He is totally unprofessional in how he speaks and treats you and his work is shoddy and downright unacceptable to the City of Cleveland. Be carefull as he has several aliases too and several addresses. Now he will not give me my money back and says that he will deal with me thru an Attorney, although as a legimate home owner I have done nothing wrong. He walked off the job on May 8th, 2019 after starting it around 16th April, 2019.

Clink Builders & Contracting Co Inc
Very pleased with Clink Builders. Bill was very responsive to all of my questions and explained everything in detail. He and his friendly crew take pride in their work and completed the job in a thorough, timely and professional manner. Bill also removed several large shrubs and disposed of them for me. Dottie is great and responded to my questions quickly. They left the work site thoroughly cleaned after the job was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Clink Builders.

Clink Builders & Contracting Co Inc
Massive projects completed several months apart (Oct. 2018 & Apr. 2019), but both done during bad weather. Despite the cold and damp, Bill and his crew completed both jobs in a timely, professional manner, and the quality of their work has made our century home stable again! Bill met with us at our convenience, was straightforward about the work to be done, and provided reasonable quotes for both jobs (especially considering the scope of the work). Clink Builders will be our only go-to contractor for all future jobs.

Bill was very prompt to return my phone call and schedule a time to come out to look at our home. He was pleasant and explained everything very well. The quote was received shortly after her viewed the project and he answered all of my follow-up questions. Highly recommend!
