Provider name locked. provides a great service and is incredible with our demanding and ever evolving schedules. Our Juno is always well taken care of, gets great exercise and socialization, is made sure to have water after the event. Provider name locked. is always responsive and works hard to take care of last minute requests. Highly recommended. Costs more than traditional dog walking, but this is a great value.

Great experience with this service so far! I was contacted almost immediately after I left a message and they came out to do an initial visit to set up service right away. These folks are real animal lovers who also understand the professional responsibilities of caring for peoples homes as well as the safety of their pets. My dog just had cruciate ligament surgery and needs very specific care and limited activity for a few months. Provider name locked. and Damen really went the extra mile to make me feel comfortable about trusting them with my special needs dog's care. They leave notes every day about how your pet is doing and are extra careful in handling even 100 lb dog that just had major orthopedic surgery. They have been coming every day for a few weeks now, and never miss a beat. I plan to continue service throughout my dog's recovery and eventually do the walking service when she can handle more activity in a few months. I could not have asked for better service at a time I needed it most. If you are in the eastern suburb service area of these folks, don't hesitate to give this service a call. Your pets will thank you- Elizabeth Q.
Provider name locked. walks our dog twice a week, the same schedule each week, and we have used her services for about three months.
Provider name locked. was a no-show twice in two weeks and did not provide us with reasonable notice of her inability to provide service. The first instance, Provider name locked. sent me an email that she got parked-in on a prior customer visit and therefore she would not be able walk our dog. Notably, she did not phone to let us know, just sent an email. Since I did not get this email until 7:30 pm that night, that meant our high-energy dog was left in his crate for 9 hours. The next week, Provider name locked. simply failed to show up with no notice.
We had also been asked by a neighbor how much we pay the lady who comes to "let our dog out", and in our conversation were informed by our neighbor that it did not appear to her that our dog was actually walked for a long period of time. I understand that this is speculation from a neighbor who might not have a full view of the time our dog was outside or walked, but our neighbor's description of what they viewed was different than our perception of how much time our dog was being cared for. While this was concerning, the failure to make it to two appointments with no notice was the biggest concern.- Matt M.
