Westshore Primary Care - Westlake-Detroit Road
Doctors were unethical, not knowledgeable and treated us with disrespect. We would never see doctors at this clinic again. Our son was very sick for weeks, and they refused to give him antibiotics. We finally saw a doctor at University Hospitals who immediately treated our son, who had severe bronchitis by this point. They had unethical billing practices. They charged us for longer appointment times than we were seen, and they made many mistakes, constantly submitting to our old insurance, even after correcting this multiple times. Then, after the claims did not go through, they expected us to pay for bills that had not been submitted to insurance. Extremely disappointed with this practice.

    George Seikel MD
I've been with Dr. Seikel for 10+ years and am generally satisfied with his service as a family doctor. Like most doctors these days, I suppose, he takes the time to hear the reason for the visit, usually taking notes on his laptop the whole time. (Are any doctors not obligated to do that these days?) After which he will tell me some random facts about life or something he recently read. He's generally pleasant, although his personality takes some getting used to (quick witted, which can be intimidating). He recently diagnosed me with hypertension, for which he prescribed pills. When I asked about exercise or diet (as an alternative to pills) he was a bit dismissive of those options. He went ahead and prescribed pills, which have been effective. I had hoped he would have been a bit more engaging about my questions, which left me disappointed. I do like that he is generally "up" on the latest medical research. If he has a question about some symptom, he will pull it up on his laptop for clarification, which is okay, I guess. He also seems to be aware of the latest recommendations for treatment. I've been to him for several different reasons, from general physical exams to specific ailments and I am happy with his diagnoses. If he feels it warrants a specialist, he will give a referral.

    A Mindful Approach
I used the services of A Mindful Approach twice in the past two weeks for navigating personal conflict and distance healing work. I find Dr. Saltzberg to be a skilled practitioner in cognitive behavioral methods of stress reduction as well as Reiki distance healing and would use her services again. While I understood her client base to be children and teens, she explained to me her ability to treat adults as a Mindfulness Practitioner. As a Physician, I am delighted to know such services are available to youngsters. Pre-teens and teens today are experiencing a tremendous amount of stress in their lives. They need clear, calm minds to navigate the pressure and to my knowledge, have very few resources to turn to.

    Southwest Family Physicians
I would not suggest anyone use the services of this practice. Every-one is worried about what every-one else is doing that they have no mind to pay attention to the patients which they have an obligation of care towards. Our family have used this office for all our needs for over 5 yeears, thought things would change, time to move on. My family will be seeking our health care needs from another service.

    Michael Saridakis DO
I arrived a few minutes early, was promptly taken to an examining room where an aide checked my vitals, went over my current list of meds, etc. After that, had about a 35 minute wait before the doctor came in. Doctor talked with me about my medical conditions; drew blood for lab work, including an immediate on-site test for my A1C level (type 2 diabetes). Result was a satisfactory 6.1. I was told the office will call me in a few days with the results of the rest of my lab work. Doctor asked if I had any questions or anything else I wanted to discuss; I did not. He will see me again in 6 months. I paid no copay at the time of the visit; doctor's office will submit all paperwork to my insurance company.

The doctor started my meeting by getting upset at me that I had tried to request appointments on the Internet with MyChat. The MyChat wasn't functioning properly so I tried to get a prescription refill and was unable to do it then I tried to get a doctor's appointment so I could see someone to get my prescriptions renewed. The way it's set up is anytime you try to do anything a doctor has to respond to a request. So when I showed up for my appointment she was very upset at me because I had five attempts to communicate with somebody on the day that I needed her appointment because I never got anything back saying something was successful or not. Then she complained about how overworked they were and how caregivers are very unhappy at Cleveland Clinic and I kept apologizing and it didn't seem to be enough. I kept apologizing for the first half of my appointment and I kept apologizing for trying to make an appointment and not doing it correctly. I got all the things I needed done but I had a 10-minute lecture of being a bad consumer first. Everybody except her was quite friendly and after she got done venting she was friendly. She was pretty good at communicating.

I am under Health Span so I would have to go to one of their doctors.  I use to go to Kaiser but they changed to Health Span.  It's in Bedfield Heights.  I was there in October.  It's close, and convenient.  I like my doctor.  I don't have to wait a long time to get an appointment, I can get the same day appointment.  Interactions with the staff were excellent.  They're very clean facilities that they have.  Never had a problem with any treatments that I have had.

    Cleveland Clinic

on 06/02/2015  that was my last injections for that session.  It went very well and quite a bit of the spider veins have disappeared.

My daughter and daughter-in-law have also gone to him for treatments.  I would recommend him over all the vein clinics in this

area.  Also he is a Vascular Surgeon so you are getting the best.

    Dr. Katherine Eilenfeld
A friend of my family recommended another doctor in her office, but his schedule was incredibly limited and the secretary recommended Dr. Eilenfeld to me as she completed her residency with the physician to whom I was referred.  She got me in right away.  The staff there was incredibly friendly and helpful.  Dr. Eilenfeld made me feel comfortable and walked me through each step.  I feel she truly cares about every patient.  Definitely found my new primary care physician!
