    They have been excellent, honest, and they arrange a courtesy car for me to get to work. They go above and beyond. I would highly recommend them and they even have excellent food. Their maintenance plan is the best in town and I will use them again.

    Rad Air Complete Car Care and Tire Centers (Wlake)
    ABSOLUTE WORST auto repair experience in my 77 year life. Local Amherst shop advised there was an a/c refrigerant leak somewhere. To determine location of the leak(s), the refrigerant system needed to be charged with a uv dye infused refrigerant. My experience with the former Rad Air shop near Amherst was top-notch, so I selected the closest Rad Air shop, 28 miles east in Westlake. BIG MISTAKE. The $49.95 price became $280.97 in less than an hour. Essentially, they checked the system, determined that that it should be recharged with an oil/dye infused refrigerant (already knew that!) replaced a stuck shader valve($3.58). If I was a little younger, I would have purchased the uv dye infused refrigerant charging kit for less than $40 bucks and done the job myself. As part of the coupon deal, I was to return In 10 days or less for a free recheck of the now dye infused refrigerant system. Made an appointment, arrived on time. Discussed the original billing with the owner/manager? in an effort to understand a billing process that could charge $169.90 labor for 45 minutes of work and a $13.56 shop supplies fee? He regurgitated the same bs nonsense and clearly had no interest in participating in a professional respectful customer service related dialog. Then, to pile on further insulting behavior, my re-inspection (expected them to now do a uv light inspection where any leaks will now ���glow��� and become obvious. Instead of a re-check, he just hopped in my car and pronounced ���Yep��� the a/c is working (duh), come back if you have any problems. NOT A F- - KING CHANCE THAT I WILL BE BACK - and be so blatantly be disrespected as a customer again.

    I have never written a review and part of me hesitates to share my recommendation of this crew to keep a Cleveland gem to my family and friends. Lowest price (about 10 quote) same parts done as promised even helped keep me rolling while car was being repaired.

    Very poorly. I wrote two letters to one of the Customer Service Managers and never received a response. I then wrote to the Service Manager who did respond. He told me that I didn't need brakes by the time the maintenance contract expired. I responded and told the Service Manager that he missed the point completely. I copied the President and Vice President of the dealership on my second letter. I never heard back from anyone at the dealership.

    Not well. When I called I asked if the advertisement I received in the mail would apply to my car. The young lady assured me that it did. I questioned her and said it always costs more due to the fact that the engine in my car is high performance. She didn't ask anybody and seemed impatient with me questioning her. She assured me that the price was $37.95. When I got the bill it was $33.71 more because my engine required more oil than the 5 quarts that was on the advertisement. I don't mind the fact that they charged for the extra oil, what I do mind is the attitude with the initial phone call. The tone taken with me when I said that is different than quoted. The condescension when explaining to me that my care was different than the average car (which is why I asked twice in the first place). I knew that and obviously she didn't. Then after she knew I was not happy she hands me a New Customer Referral Card. Clueless! Don't you just hate it when people treat you like a ******* then get impatient with you as they screw up their job?

    Took my car to this place on two occasions and was quoted an astronomical amount for A/C work. Also had some brake work done - again, price seemed high. Defective part installed, but they fixed it quickly enough. This isn't necessarily a "bad" review about this particular Conrad's, but all Conrad's in general - they gauge you. Especially if you are a woman.

    I had power steering work done to stop leaking. Still leaking . Went back and was told transmmission lines were leaking. Still leaking. Went back was told that they checked their work and could not find leak. I still have a leak because I have to put power steering fluid in each week. These people are quick to defend the work they did but have no interest in finding the problem . They pat you on the head and give you a $25 coupon and send you on your way. Just quick fix money grabs. If it has nothing to do with their repair they are NOT Interested in the problem. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere.

    They are excellent and plan a loner car as long as you replace the gas you use. They are honest and their food at their store is very reasonable and good. They treat you like family and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

    It went well. They were ready to tow my vehicle within minutes of my just stopping by. My vehicle was ready the next afternoon. A few days later, I thought I was experiencing the same problem I had them fix. They took the vehicle in and looked at it right away, no hesitation. They even allowed me to inspect the problem with them. No additional problem was found and I haven't had any concerns since.

    The whole experience was very courtesy and prompt. We like the price and an AAA discount, They told us we could tow it right over. We could call back and they would tell us what the problem was. We were happy with the hold experience.
