    I grew up in an automotive family. My brother and father are in the auto body business. I would have taken my car to them, but they are 2000 miles away. I���ve learned that not all body shops are the same. I���m impressed with LJI on Lee Rd. I took my 2014 Audi A4 in to repair the front bumper which was damaged in a too tight parking garage. In writing the estimate they gave me several options. I choose the more expensive best possible fix. Their communication was terrific. When they found additional damage they called immediately and asked me what I wanted them to do. They gave me an estimate on Friday and the car was fully repaired by Wednesday morning. It looks terrific. They even took care of a couple of other minor issues with the bumper. When I picked the car up it was cleaned and waxed. You���d never know it was damaged. The paint color matches perfectly. This is a first class family owned business. I hope I don���t need them again soon, but if I do, I���ll go straight back to LJI.

    Scraped right rear fender on a concrete abutment in a parking garage by cutting the corner too tightly. Paid the $500 deductible on about a $3,000 job. I have used them before and stayed with them because they were so good. It was well worth paying the full deductible even when the adjuster wanted me to save $100 by using one of their shops. Excellent value. Work was flawless. Overall experience first rate. Would highly recommend them.

    The fender liner fell off the car while I was driving. So I parked the car and walked back to pick it up. It was in very bad shape. I took it to Shaker Quality Auto Body. They said they would have to order a new part. I was able to use the car while I waited for the new liner. After about a week, they called to say the part had come in, so I made an appointment to have it installed. Shaker Quality installed the fender liner and tightened up the clips on other fenders. The work was finished in less than 2 hours.

    I bought a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in September of 2017. It passed all inspection tests on paper however within 8 hours the check engine light came on and the transmission started to jump. I took it in to be fixed and was told they replaced a thermostat and cleared the check engine light but couldn't do anything about the transmission. I then drove it for exactly 7 days (tranny still skipping and knocking) before the check engine light came on yet again. Took it back and it is currently in the shop now, waiting to hear back. I'd like to add my salesman Bryon Wolf was extremely helpful and had nothing to do with the ordeal, he has done everything in his power to help. UPDATE: It turns out there is a $900 repair needed on the transmission and liberty ford will not cover the full cost (offered to pay for half), nor will the $2000 extended warranty they sold me. The sales manager has absolutely no empathy for my situation and has told me used cars just break sometimes. I explain to him that I only had the vehicle for 8 hours when I started having the issues and he said "No you've had it for 3 month's", AS IF I'M A LYING. I have actual paperwork showing I bought it 3 weeks ago and that the initial problem started the same day. The vehicle passed a inspection test that included leaks but according to them, the leaks started 8 hours after I drove it off the lot. So far, I've had the thermostat replaced, 2 engine mounts, and now a transmission cooler.
