    Dave showed up, looked at our refrigerator for 20 minutes, said he would call back later in the day with price on parts, charged us $68.40, never called us back, had to call him a few days later to see what was going on, he said he forgot to call me would call me back a few minutes with price and information, never heard from him again, had to hire another company, stay clear of Dave and his company, very unprofessional.

    Marty was outstanding. My refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling late on a Thursday night. Called Marty's number and left him a message to please call me the next morning. He called around 8:15 a.m. and said he'd be at my house in a couple of hours. He was there before two hours went by. Spent a significant amount of time testing and diagnosed the problem. Replaced necessary parts. When problem persisted discovered a short related to the water/ice cube dispenser which was interfering with the other systems. Stuck with it until it was fixed and put a significant amount of time and effort into the repair. Was there for at least three hours and stuck with the price he quoted me at the outset. Would use him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, hard-working professional.

    I've used A&E once for a previous refrigerator repair many years ago. The problem then was fixed, but what stood out to me was that the tech had asked me to please leave the kitchen and not watch him while he does his work. It took me aback quite a bit, but I complied. In hindsight, I should have refused and say that I have the right to watch and make sure he's performing the repairs he's charging me for. That in itself should have been a warning about considering this company again. But, that isn't reason for this review... This time, I called for service on the same fridge - different problem. I chose to call A&E again because they are a national company and my thought was that should I have an issue with the repair, they should have the resources to stand behind it better than a one-man local operation would. This would have been a halfway decent idea as long as I can get them to even make it to the appointments that THEY scheduled. My initial appointment was for June 26, 2019 between 1-5 PM. Late in the afternoon, they called and said that the tech is not able to make it and that I would have to call the appointment line to reschedule for a later date. I was pretty upset as I had taken the afternoon off from work in anticipation of the appointment. I called to reschedule, but was perturbed that the earliest they could schedule me was July 10 - a full two weeks from the initial appointment. I reasoned that they should give priority to me as they were the ones who did not meet the appointment THEY made with me. They apologized and said July 10 was the best I could do. I relented and agreed. I took the afternoon of July 10 off in anticipation of this rescheduled appointment, and guess what... They did it AGAIN!!! They called in the afternoon to tell me the tech is not able to make it and asked me to call the appointment line to reschedule. Very upsetting! I called the appointment line and explained that this is twice in a row that they've done this to me, but their response was to reschedule me for July 17. At this point, I was livid!!! I asked to speak to a manager who told me the same thing. I argued that my service call should be prioritized at this point. I even asked for them to connect me directly to their dispatch center. They said there's nothing they can do and finally suggested that I should call a different service provider if I am unsatisfied with their resolution. That's likely the smartest thing I've heard anyone say from this pathetic company. I told this "manager" that since no one from their company seems willing to do the right thing, I would be posting the appropriate negative reviews in every online site I can. If you need an appliance repaired, please find literally anyone else. This company consistently overbooks their technicians resulting in these scheduling nightmares. They don't care about their customers or their time - and they make themselves oblivious to the fact that some people need to take time off from work or their lives to accommodate such an appointment. If they don't make it to your appointment, no big deal... they probably already reached their quota for the day. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and UNETHICAL!!!

    Brian was punctual, clean, neat, and very polite. He looked at the dishwasher and drain set up - and promptly came and asked if we recently replaced the garbage disposal (we had). That was the culprit - as there is a knock out that has to be removed if it is being connected to a dish washer. Had hubby read the directions he would have known to do this - and if he would ask for directions we wouldn't get lost! LOL Brian knocked out the plug, tested the unit, it drained fine. Then he came and showed my grand children magic card tricks! His price was reasonable and I received a discount. I will definitely contact him for any other appliance repairs!

    Scott did a great job on the repairs. I called him Friday and he was out on Monday. I had given him the model #s so he had all the parts required. He called on Sunday to confirm that he would be there on Monday and the approx. time. He fixed everything and tested it to make sure. He is very clean and neat. Cleaned/vacuumed the excess lint out the inside of the dryer while he had it all apart. Wonderful and will use him again for any appliance repairs. Very responsive, very neat and successful repair.

    I called Marty's Appliance Repair this morning.....he wasn't sure he could make it to my home today but he would certainly try.( I needed to have my dryer repaired.) Not only did he make it to my home...BUT repaired my dryer!..     Matt was wonderful to work with. He attempted to solve the problem immediately over the phone when I first contacted him to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that didn't resolve my issue as my line had a crack in it. He made an appointment for the following week and was on time. He had everything needed to fix my water line. He is a wealth of information, honest, and upfront with you. Won't hesitate to call him again if I run into any further appliance troubles.

    Had a Whirlpool 15 mo dishwasher break, and I did not buy the extended warranty. Scott bought the part that was needed ahead of time, showed up on time, completed the work in a professional and considerate manner. He will be honest with you and tell you if you should repair or re-buy and not charge you for things you don't need. You should you this guy.
