Air Duct Cleaning reviews in Cleveland

  • I purchased a deal through Living Social for carpet cleaning of three rooms up to 200 square feet each for $55.00.  The technician arrived at my home, looked at the carpet in one bedroom and told me that it would need to have pre-treatment because there were spots.  I paid $40.00 to have the carpet pre-treated.  The pre-treatment never took place (I stood and watched).  After cleaning 3 bedrooms in less than 10 minutes, I told the technical that the carpet in the one room that I had paid for pre-treatment still had dirty carpet (not only did he not pre-treat the room, the carpet was still dirty all over).  The technical became defensive and said there was nothing he could do because my carpet was worn (absolutely not true, the carpet is not very old and almost like new).  As I continued to try to tell him that my carpet was dirty, he continued to overtalk me and say that my carpet was worn.  I gave up trying to talk to him.  When it was time for me to get a copy of the sales receipt, I told him that I would not sign it because I was not pleased with what he had done.  He refused to give me a copy without my signature so I wrote on the receipt that my carpet was still dirty and that I was not pleased.  After he left, I noticed that he had marked the receipt that I paid for "sanitizer" (200 square feet at .20 per square foot) as opposed to marking the receipt that I requested pre-treatment.  The company is now lying and claiming that I did not ask for pre-treatment, and that they performed the work that I requested (sanitizer).  I would never have paid for sanitizing, I have no pets and there was no reason for me to pay for sanitizing.  After numerous conversations with this company via the Living Social Website, the technician continues to lie and I now realize that he purposely marked my receipt as payment for sanitizing so that it could be used as an excuse for leaving my carpet dirty.  He knew full well what he was doing when he incorrectly marked the sales receipt, it was to manipulate and deceive so that he could claim he did what he was supposed to do.
Prior to starting the work and after we had agreed that I wanted pre-treatment, I left the room to get my credit card to pay for the service.  When I returned, the technician had a bucket in my sink filling it up with water.  I decided to let that huge error in judgment go and not say anything.  He filled up the bucket and put the water in a portable unit that he connected a hose to.   He  dragged the hose through my house, leaving water on my floor, I decided to let that go and not say anything.  I had to clean up the water after he left.
I find now that it is no use talking to this business.  When I called to express my displeasure, the woman who answered the phone was so rude an professional.  Now, all I get is Provider name locked. from the company insisting that I did not pay for pre-treatment and the last lie was that he did not fill the bucket in my kitchen sink, he claims to have filled it in my bathtub.
I will never do business with the company again.  They have mastered the art of deception and continue to tell one lie after another.  My carpet is still dirty and I have to now find a true professional to clean it.
My experience with this company is the absolute worst that I have ever experienced.  I'm not accustomed to a business doing sloppy work and then lying and deceiving so that they can get away with poor service, this is really something new to me.  The unprofessionalism that I have met with far exceeds anything that I have ever encountered.
I would not allow this company to pay ME to come back into my house, I am absolutely appalled by the sloppy work, unprofessionalism, Provider name locked. and deceit.

  • The service provider was really nice when arrived to perform the service, however with some confusion on what the deal included, we decided to cancel the service.

  • My furnace had stopped working on a sub-freezing night. I had called another service to come out and they had diagnosed that I'd need to shell out cash for a whole new furnace. I then was stunned and called Central for a second opinion. They sent Provider name locked. out first thing the next morning and he figured out it was just a 258 dollar fix. I was very pleased. he walked me through the maintenance process, helped me figure out some ways to help longevity and was very polite and knowledgeable.
