  • Cleaned gutters out, but dumped the mess on the ground and porch under the gutters.  Had to clear debris to even walk in the front door of home, was well as on deck steps into back door.

  • My contacts with Provider name locked. were completely unsatisfactory and I would not recommend their services to others.  I purchased a Living Social deal for window cleaning.
When I called Provider name locked. to schedule, she told me to call Provider name locked. .  I called and he was in the middle of a job.  I had to text him my contact info and he returned the call that evening.  Either he didn't fully receive or read all of it because we had to go over all of my contact info again.  I was reminded that it will cost $7 more if my zip code doesn't fall within the correct area (which I had already checked on the website) and that tips are accepted.  Eventually we scheduled service for Monday the 9th at 10:30.   I couldn't put my finger on why but I just did not feel confident about the upcoming service and exactly who would be spending time in my house.
I texted Provider name locked. to ask if he was an employee or contract labor and he said he was an employee.  Nonetheless, I tried to call Provider name locked. by phone, couldn't, and then sent her the following email:  "Provider name locked. , this week I purchased a window cleaning deal via Living Social.  When I called Provider name locked. , I was given Provider name locked. 's number to schedule the work.  I just want to verify that he is an actual employee of Provider name locked. (e.g., gets a W-2, is insured, etc.) rather than an independent contractor.  Thanks."  She did not respond.
I just felt like I'd regret going ahead with the service and was able to get a refund from Living Social.  I then left Provider name locked. a message to let her know and ask that she inform Provider name locked. that I wouldn't need the service call since I no longer had his phone number.  I never got a response and really did not want him to show up unnecessarily so I then texted her (as per her voice mail) and asked her to confirm that she conveyed the message.  She responded that she would and asked why I cancelled.  I told her and she thanked me for the feedback.  I thought that was the end but just got a call from Provider name locked. on Friday, 11/6/15 telling me that his schedule changed and that he'd be coming at 1 something the following Monday instead of 10:30.  Apparently he did not know that the service was cancelled so I had to inform him.  Good thing I had cancelled as I had planned to be home in the morning for the cleaning, not the afternoon.
I felt that the entire communication process was unprofessional and required far too much effort on the part of the customer and far too little responsiveness from Provider name locked. & Provider name locked. .

  • They were very prompt, professional, fast and courteous.  I was very pleased with their work.  The only negative was it was hard to get an appointment quickly since they are in Columbus, Ohio.  I purchased the deal on May 4th and couldn't get an appointment until June 18th.  Their rep said they were having a hard time finding reliable contractors to do it for them in this area so the window cleaners drove down from Columbus.
