  • Dr. Provider name locked.  has made changes in the office staff since I've been a patient (2005), yet I did not have negative experiences with anyone in her office. I keep in mind she has busy practice and her staff has to interact with a diverse range of individuals on a daily basis. Dr. Provider name locked. did not immediately recommend I talk with a therapist. She wanted to get my condition stabilized and then recommend other therapy as needed. Dr. Provider name locked. makes changes/adjustments to my medications and explains why. She is very straightforward and honest. I appreciate her matter-of-fact demeanor.

  • I have used her services on and off for at least eight years. She is a very understanding, warm, kind woman. She is no longer on any insurance companies, but I still continue to use her services. She is really empathetic and a kind person.

  • I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new pyschiatrist since I relocated away from the one I have been seeing for years.  I was also considering seeing a therapist if the practice offered pyschology services as well.  I called Bridgepoint to inquire about both, and the receptionist was very short and unfriendly.  I was told that the doctor is unable to prescribe stimulants (ADD is one of my problems) and that a therapist wouldn't be available until after January.  For being so rude and short, you would expect to possibly get an alternative suggested, but the receptionist was all around rude and just ended the conversation there.  WOULD NOT WASTE MY TIME WITH THEM!
